I came by this UPS for many years. The manager is great. He is very friendly with speedy service. This time I was served by a cashier ISHITA. She need to learn about manner. She need to learn to say please and thank you. I thought everybody learned that when they were young from their parents. I presume UPS need to teach her about manner. I brought in my DSL equipment to return and I received 4 words from the cashier for the whole transaction. The cashier is ISHITA. Me : I understand this is the place to return my equipment. ISHITA: AT&T (1st word) Me: Yes, and gave her my AT&T paper statement ISHITA: Take it out. (Last 4 word) Me: I took out the equipment from the bag. ISHITA: She finished her data entry and gave me the receipt. I expect the bare basic conversation: 1. Please take the equipment out from your bag. 2. All done. Here is the receipt with your tracking number. Thanks! I hope to expect ( I may be asking a lot here) Hi, Good Afternoon. I am ISHITA. How can I help you? Can you take the equipment out from your bag? Thanks! I am done with your transaction. Here is the receipt with the tracking number. The recipient should receive the package in 2 days. Is there anything else I can help you? Thank you for choosing UPS. I hope ISHITA will learn her basic manner if she wants to stay with UPS.

Pretty sketchy place. I needed some help packing a desktop computer and found this ups store. I was initially quoted 50$ by one of the associates but then the manager walked by and said 80$. It almost felt like they wanted me to negotiate with them instead of following a price sheet. I walked out and went to the FedEx store shortly away and was quoted 30$ for the same job. Weird.

Wonderful store with very. very helpful people. Best UPS place I have been to. The Manager Sushil is always friendly and accommodating.He has a wonderful crew in there. One young man really helped me out when I was in a jam and I never remember his name., which is really too bad , because he was so very nice.

Went there to send some faxes yesterday. They were busy but still handled my request quickly, running the faxes while the handled other customers. Charges were reasonable and when one of them didnt go through they gave me back what was charged for that fax.

Efficient place that can do it all. I came during a busy time with a line of people trying to accomplish different things. The one store worker wqs a wizard of efficiency and effectiveness as he solved everyones problems and left us happy and fulfilled.

Tried to charge me $1 for an 8" strip of packing tape to seal the top of my box. Went to the much friendlier location at 63 Bovet Rd in San Mateo instead, where they happily spent the 5 seconds needed to seal my box without hesitation.
