3rd and last attempt (over past couple years) to get help at the Bothell/Thrashers Corner location. Total waste of time. Terrible customer service! They NEVER help, but boy can they pitch a new phone! While I like Sprint in general, this store typifies the part I hate! Although Ive paid for 10 users with Sprint phones (wife, kids, employees, etc.) over 20 years of of service, and paid over 100k for those services, including Sprints so-called Equipment Protection, the staff at this location particularly, never listen to my issue. Their default is to refer you elsewhere, ignore the Equipment Protection and try get rid of non-buyers as quickly as possible. I repeat, TERRIBLE customer service.

Went in to inquire about a possible upgrade and walked out with a bag full of new toys!!! The two gentlemen that helped me were extremely helpful and patient. I have been a Sprint customer for almost six years now and it is because of experiences like the one I had today that I remain a loyal customer. My last two upgrades have been at this location and both times I have left the store with a feeling of gratitude towards the employees who work there. Thanks again fellas!!!

Walked into the store to get my son an upgrade. Sales person Brendan was amazingly helpful and willing to answer all questions we had regarding service and phone. Came into today to Brendan about upgrading from lg g stylo to my new Lg G4. Brendan waa totally awesome, answered all my questions best of all I wasnt told there was nothing he could do for quite the opposite. He plugged away at his computer and found a way for me to get what i needed. Dude was awesome and friendly and very good at his job! Thank you Brendan! Totally diggin my new, better phone!!

I had some issues with my data-plan when visiting Canada. After getting little help from the online support from Sprint, I decided to visit this shop. They were incredibly helpful and offered a number of ideas to try when traveling to BC. Their advice worked... on my latest visit, all of the features of my plan worked.
