Horrible experience with AT&T. They are thieves One of the employees took my information without my permission and without me knowing they took and iPad Pro. And I knew it until I was trying to pay my bill and I noticed that my bill was too high to pay so I asked why was too much to pay intil the lady told well you came couple days ago and you took and iPad Pro version under your contracts and plus your phone lines so thats why its too much and I was omg i wasnt here that day and I didnt took no iPad Pro and I went directly to the police to make a report and they found that three people who work there took it and AT&T cooperation didnt even said sorry or somethings like that. So I cancelled everything with them:$

Att es la compañia mas cara pero a la vez la mas ratera porque tienen unos empleados que no te explican bien porque no estan bien capacitados, por eso yo les recomiendo buscar otra compñia que cumpla con tus expextativas, y ahora que estoy con otra compañia mis problemas se acavaron.

I see all the bad reviews and hestitated to come here but so glad I did. The customer service rep John (young asian fellow) helped me out when I broke my phone and needed a replacement. He was able to activate my insurance plan (I didnt know I needed to) and file a claim for me. And since the phone was still in good condition (just the inside was messed up), he was able to give me a replacement right away. FYI, my phone was only a week old and I had to pay a $199 deductible but thats way better than full price. John was super patient and pleasant to work with.

I dont usually leave review, but the prior reviews were pretty bad and from almost over a year ago, so I decided to write one. We werent even in the store, when two people were greeting us and welcoming us into the store. One of the greeters was able to help us with a simple request (charge a GoPhone, replace a SIM card and activate the user), we input all of the information on a tablet, which was used to swipe our credit card as well, and were out of the store in less than 10 minutes!! Excellent! Just what I was looking for!

dont listen to the other 2 reviews. i came here yesterday and as i came in, one staff member greeted us and went back to helping the customers he was already with, and almost immediately, a free staff member kindly asked if we needed any help with anything. I admit, the place has about 10 people browsing phones, but there were always other phones that were available. Overall, this is a great AT&T store with FRIENDLY people and GREAT phones.

It is easily the worst place to go ever. People are nice but stupid and poorly run. Im 17 and I dont just write a review for anything, it was that irritating. We would still be waiting if my dad hadnt gone over and made the guy ring us up. Theres no chairs clearly forcing you to look at the small selection of crap. Im going to go to verizon and see how the service is and maybe switch.

These employees were not knowledgeable about their jobs. I had to call AT&T customer service to find out the information I needed. The employees were not professional and kept talking to each other about personal business while helping me. The greeter at the door was not helpful in getting me to the right person and was looking down at her phone when I was leaving.

Went in in middle of day to ask a simple question. I was checked in by one employee and told it would be a few minutes wait. Despite there being 3 or 4 employees standing around not helping anyone, I was not helped yet. I waited 15 minutes, got tired of waiting and left. Terrible service, terrible management.

Excellent staff, was attended in the first 10 seconds i stepped in. A person took my name and the service i needed and told me a staff member would attend to me shortly. Within 2 minutes another member attended me and helped with my queries. Fully satisfied. i would say they should keep up the good work.

be prepared for a long wait due to sales people do not know what there doing. if you happen to get a good one be prepared to ge coaxed into high end plan that you do not need. they cannot be trusted to give you good advice.
