What an amazing experience. Ricky goes way beyond the call of duty. He truly cares for his clients and takes any measure needed to make your experience perfect. Not only did he spend many days helping us find the most ideal furniture to match our budget and taste, he also picked up other furniture we bought elsewhere to pack and send to Hawaii where we purchased our vacation home. He is very helpful and not at all pushy. He listens to your needs and wants and then he performs! He even flew to Hawaii to supervise and assist a team of relocation specialist. Everything went great and we love our furniture. Very caring and reliable. Sometimes you have to be flexible with the timing you receive your furniture, but he is very honest about it and doesnt give false expectation. Also, he went out of his way to find furniture he normally doesnt carry for us! I would recommend Ricky and allworldfurniture for great selection AND Service. Mahalo

Very bad customer service. We got a price for a sofa there a few days ago and today I went there to buy the sofa. When I entered the lady who gave us the price last time was at her computer (she was the only non asian person there) , she ignored me for a few minutes even though I stood exactly in front of her desk, so I kept myself busy with my cellphone, but then at last she said : "I am going to be with you in a couple of minutes". After that I showed her the sofa and she told me that she made a mistake and the price was 600 dollars more than what she told us a few days ago! and that she was sorry. I was very disappointed since I was looking forward to have this sofa in our living room. We bought a sofa and a table and our bed there last year but I guess after getting all the positive feedbacks and reviews the quality of their customer service has been going downhill.

My friend had nice contemporary furniture, and he told me that he bought from there. I checked out the store, and there were good selections there. Its like a big storage style store (like Costco) rather than a fancy store. I bought a dining table with 4 chairs last year, and sofa recently from them. Im satisfied with their quality of products and service.

It may be in a shady area, but this store is great! The furniture is a mix of modern and contemporary. While there are a fair amount of knockoff designer furniture its good quality and doesnt break the bank. The manager always gives us great discounts. Best prices in the area!
