Sam was very patient and informative with my girlfriend and I. We were able to negotiate a fair price for a beautiful/comfortable sectional couch made by Jonathan Louis and they honored the July 4th deal with free shipping! So far I am very satisfied with their service. I am rating this business 5 stars and then Ill re-evaluate their services once the furniture arrives at our new house in October. Stay tuned!

New location. I love browsing anything home goods related and west elm offers a nice fix. From furniture to linens to home accessories, I am entranced! Theres usually some sort of sale going on, too. This week it happened to be outdoor and select bed sheets, along with the usual sale section.
