These guys have the worst customer service. 1) They never call you back when they say they are going too. 2) Once the sell ends they could care less if you come back I bought 2 sectional leather seats in the beginning of August 2014. As of today 1/27/2015 I still only have one sectional leather seat delivered. I waited 12 weeks for my order, which should have been delivered by now. This is now way after the promise date (not once did I receive a call with a status update). Finally I go into the store in October on the weekend.. and they are having "some mysterious problem with the computer" you will hear this a lot if you go into the store. They said they would call me on Monday. I patiently wait until Monday and nobody calls. I wait until next Saturday (still no call)... and go in again... There computer shows that my sofas were delivered. (I still have not received them). They told me they were going to call and find out what was going on and they would call me back. again I never hear from them. ANOTHER week. and I go back in the next Saturday and they told me they found my sofas, and could have had them delivered earlier, but they never called me to let me know. So I schedule my delivery. The store then calls me to tell me that a fork lift went through one of the Sofas, "did this really happen" and the guy was in route with just one of them. Poor judgement on my half is I had them deliver the other half of the sectional. The deliver guy said they ordered 2 of the same sectional and so they wouldnt connect. So I got 2 different stories. I called again today(1/27/2015) and they couldnt figure out my order. They made mention that it was in the warehouse and that I had to go pick it up when I paid for delivery... Then they have no idea what happened to the other half of my sectional and now I have to wait until Thursday 1/29/2015 to get details on the other sectional... "did something happen with this half again?" So after 6 months of placing my order I have yet to have it fulfilled and have never been called once with a status update. They continually set my expectation that they would call at certain times and have yet to do so. Do these people really care? They have a distorted way of showing it. If you dont care about customer service or enjoy lack of communication and want to go out of your way to to follow up on their commitments to you; then this is the store for you.

First off, the chairs are great. When we went to look, Jessica was pleasant, attentive, and helpful though admittedly new. We decided to buy shortly before closing. To expedite the sale and explicitly get out the door, Melissa took over. Melissa was rude to us and rude to Jessica in checking us out. We were told wed be called on Monday with the delivery window for Tuesday. After Tuesdays delivery window came and went I called for information. The gentleman I spoke with was able to quickly inform me that delivery had been delayed an hour and a half (he was mistaken). I asked why I had not received a call about it he explained he didnt know; I had inadvertently called the Blossom Hill store. I called the correct number for the San Jose store to see why I hadnt received a call about the delay. The girl I spoke with hung up on me trying to put me on hold so she could talk to the shipping manager. She recognized me when I called back and this time just put the phone down. After a few minutes she returned and informed me that the delivery was behind with two stops ahead of mine. She said Id receive a call with a time estimate from the delivery manager. I did not. I called 10 minutes before store closing and was told they didnt know where the delivery was and didnt know how to get ahold of the delivery guys. 10 minutes later the delivery guys arrived. I guess 2-5 hours late is better than never. I hope Jessica moves to a better store before this one rubs off on her.

As you have read before this, bad service in store. After being jerked around on delivery fees for items they have for sale but dont stock, I finally arranged a sale when called for a one day private sale. Of course the details of my first visit were still going to apply and they paid no attention to that and tried to sell me on what they wanted. When I made it clear what I wanted and if they can do it, I would buy... It took about 45 mins for them to agree. Paid in full, had to wait for a mutual day that worked for delivery. 2 items bought, 2 deliveries as one item wasnt in stock for 30-60 days. Item one delivery was set and I was to get a call the day before. No call. End of day I called in, to find the store did not schedule my delivery. Just plain dumped the agreed plan. They wanted to wait and deliver the item in 60 days with the 2nd item I bought. A direct violation of our agreement. Now they "might" deliver it the following day. If they dont, I will be in the store to get a refund and buy from another company who treats their customers better. No matter if the couch is a lessor product. Crappy service will not get a sale from me. Sunita was my salesman.

When I was looking to buy a new recliner for my home I did some searching before visiting a couple stores. Initially seeing the negative reviews did make me think twice however I went to the store anyway and I am sooo happy I did! I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience from the very start to the delivery. Norma was our sales lady and she was outstanding! Probably the nicest sales person Ive even encountered. She was super sweet, down to earth, and didnt pressure us at all to buy or close the sale. It was refreshing & nice! The delivery went very smooth too. Our window for delivery was 8-11am on a Saturday and they showed up at 8:25am. The delivery guys really went above and beyond!! They even asked if we had felt pads to go under the feet of the new furniture they delivered to us. We didnt even think of that but had a bunch of those felt feet things in our garage. That I thought was the cherry on top. They thought of everything and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for making this a great buying experience!! We will definitely be back when we need more furniture! :)

We had ordered a pizza at the place next store about 10 minutes before closing time. We had previously had a Lazy Boy couch but couldnt bring it with us on our last move. Michael was an exceptional seller who helped us pick out a couch even though the store was closing. He stayed an extra hour, exceeded our expectations in every regard, from taking the time to show us on the computer different couch colours, to digging for swatches in the large collection to what we were describing and placing them on colours that helped us visualize our room. We ended up purchasing a couch because of the amazing service. Micheal deserves 6 gold stars, its too bad theres only 5!
