Horrible experience. Emily and Tracy made a big mistake. They charged 2nd purchase on my credit with interest. The 2nd purchase is part of the original order. Also they took the downpayment of $1000 on my credit card without delivering the merchandise. That is a pretty significant downpayment on $1,660 purchase. The entire process was executed poorly and caused me a total of 5 hours to dispute both late fees and interest that were not supposed to happen. The late fees were caused by mail going to old address which was another advise from Emily that I should put my old address to get the right credit. It took time to forward the mail. Overall experience was very unsatisfied. Never had this experience in other furniture stores or Crate&Barrel stores.

We LOVE Emily in the furniture department, she is so great! We have gotten several big pieces here from furniture to art, and every time someone else tries to help us we just end up like, "Umm... Thanks for your help but can we speak with Emily?! Oh shes with another customer? No worries well just sit here on the couch were about to buy and wait for her!"

You can find just about any cooking utensil for all your kitchen tasks and culinary needs. Deals are so so, but cant beat the variety. I usually find myself perusing the upstairs furniture department. Great stuff, and I can attest the furniture is of high quality. The sofa and tables are holding up extremely well even after nearly 2 decades of use.

This place has really great product and a nice store layout. I feel like I never have issues finding what I want when I come here. I wish the prices were slightly lower on some of their items but I can live with it knowing the store looks great and the employees are generally very helpful.

Love it here!! They have so much to choose from whether your looking for utensils or needing to furnish your living room!! They have such a great aesthetic when it come to interior design!! I only wish I could afford most of the stuff I see in there!

They are so friendly and helpful. The sales staff always has helpful advice and suggestions! They make wedding gift shopping a breeze. The store is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You get a gallery like setting, but affordable prices.

I love this store and the merch that they have. it has a great layout and the second floor has all the furniture with a balcony for their patio furniture. I always find a great selection of products.

Really big store with a solid layout that typically isnt too crowded. Their furniture is a little on the pricey side but good place for glasses, plates, silverware etc...

Parking at Santana Row is always annoying. The staff is usually good although sometimes they are overly enthusiastic about offering help - I just want to look around :)
