Bought a recliner chair there and the sales associate said we would not get the floor model and that it would be a brand new chair.picked it up and delivered to my parents house...1 hour later my mom finds a stitching hole in the arm. I take it back and explain. The sales associate is gone for more than 1 hour after they said she would be back any minute.....manager comes and says that he would take $150 off of price or I can get my full refund. My sales associate shows up ironically at the end of the whole deal and then lied and said she told me I would be getting the floor model. Im a first time customer and they lie and sell me a used chair....worst customer service ever!!! $150 doesnt solve the hole in the stitching issue. I would recommend Dons Furniture! CHRIS HILL will hook you up!!!i got my full refund back from Evans and thats where Im going!!

These guys are the worst !!! they take advantage of seniors, and hard sell them on cheaply made furniture and worthless warranties....can you say lemon law !!!! cause if you have something go wrong even within weeks dont expect Evans Managers to help you out they wont do anything, not an exchange or even an upgrade to a more expensive item you will be stuck with a piece of JUNK, waiting for WEEKS and WEEKS till they take your piece of JUNK and leave your disabled 76 year old mother without a couch for WEEKS while they fail to fix it as promised....Dont ever let your senior parents go into Evans alone... please note the posts below must have been written by the Manager at Evans....cause there is no way you will ever get good service at Evans they will sell you and leave you hanging. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DONT GO TO EVANS EVER.

I purchased a small Sofa and a Day Bed.. The sofa was delivered broken unbeknownst to me, and left that way until I discovered why I kept sinking in the cushions...a main support was broken and on the floor under the sofa. When I called Customer Service, I was told that my comfort cannot be guaranteed! My response was that furniture IS purchased for comfort as well as durability! They did replace it, but the new cheaply made, over priced sofa seems no better. The Quality is not what I thought it was, sadly. I will NOT make another purchase with Evans. This is how Ashley Furniture is represented by Evans? I seriously hope my purchase outlasts the Extended Purchased Warranty! Shameful Really!!

I just moved to the Yuba-Sutter area and this is the best furniture store that I have EVER come across!!!!! Beautiful showroom with the largest selection of furniture anywhere. Salesperson was incredibly nice and helpful throughout this entire experience, and I got the exact furniture I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Furthermore, they guaranteed me that if I found a store where the same thing was at for less, then they would match it plus 10%. No wonder they are considered A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Dont waste time at the other retailers in the area since they are all smaller, not as pretty, and less helpful overall. Great one stop shopping.

I went to an out of town competitor store, and had a horrible experience and decided to see if Evans could order my bedroom set or if they even had it. They ended up having the exact bedroom set and ordered it for me. And they were so awesome and price matched the prices I was given at the other store. Super nice people, I ended up having it delivered and installed/set up and ended up loving it even more than I had anticipated. Couldnt be more happy and helped out our local store instead wish I could add a picture or two of my wonderful furniture .

Had an amazing experience with my sales person, Todd, who was excellent at taking care of me! He helped me find a recliner that was perfect for my needs and he found a financing package that was perfect. I have never felt so well taken care of, and I was treated like family. I got my recliner that same day and could not be any happier. Thanks guys

I had a great experience when I shopped for a few new items for my home. The associate was extremely helpful and not too pushy. All of my questions were answered and the furniture was delivered on time. The prices were very reasonable considering the amazing quality. Im very happy.

I dont recommend buy from here i bought a sectional from evans and it was defective . they would not exchange or give money back nor give me a choice to replace for another sectional . i wil not be going to shop here ever again very disappointed

WOW. All I have to say is that we purchased a chair 2 years ago and the fabric started tearing and Evans Furniture more than came through to make us happy. Thank you, we will be back and will definitely refer friends and family.

Walked in today, saw people gathered in the office , two guys coughing off to the side , I walked through whole store looking for two items, no one came up to me. Not impressed ! RC Willy will get my $$$.

i bought a king size bed with warrenty and insurance and after 11 months bed frame broke insurance doesnt cover the frame and sales person no gonna tell you about that so careful people

There are some manufacturers imperfections on my $900 media unit and it is a nightmare trying to get a hold of anybody. It has been two weeks, and I still dont have a solution.
