Most disappointing experience with a florist! I arranged to have a boutonniere made for prom-described the dress colors and confirmed with a lady on the phone, set a pick-up date and time, and when I arrived at the shop to pick it up a week later, the shop was closed with no note as to why-when the store was supposed to be open. I called the phone number on the door multiple times, left messages and waited almost 40 minutes but no one answered, called back, or returned to the store in that time. Finally I gave up. I attempted to get other florists to whip together something quickly but by that time it was simply too late.. In the end I never even received an apology call back. I rarely write poor reviews, but this was downright rude.

I went in at 1pm on Valentines day, and there was a line out the door. The girls were working as fast as they could and got to me quickly. They made my bouquet right there and were very nice, even though I hadnt pre-ordered. Thank you! I will next year! Great service, reasonable price, and beautiful flowers. The location is close to work so I will definitely be back.
