Ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday to be delivered to her at work as a surprise, from a same-day floral site and Alameda Floral Design was their affiliate to deliver in my wifes area. I got a call from Michael, from Alameda Floral Design and he told me it was impossible to keep the promise they made to deliver within 4 hours, the service I was charged for. He barely spoke English and kept telling me how impossible it was. I tried to ask him, several times if the flowers could be delivered at all, ignoring the 4-hour deal and he got very insulting and yelling at me and swearing and yelling that he would not do it, that he "refused" to do it and call the service back myself and tell them he would not do it, no matter what. Horrible customer service, horrible "human" service. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer. After calling the floral service back and informing them of the refusal of service and terrible behavior, Michael from Alameda Florist then began calling me, over and over and over, constantly and repeatedly, harassing me and didnt stop until he had called me almost a dozen times, trying to yell at me more for calling the service back to report his behavior. Steer clear of this place, its toxic and they dont deliver on their agreements.
