I have been a customer of Adachi`s for over 10 years. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. The quality of their plants, flowers & other fun stuff is great!!! Sometimes the garden vegetables are not so fresh, but that`s late in the season after everything has been picked over. (that old saying " the early bird catches the worm" is so true at Adachi`s Nursery). If you go too late in the season, you will get left overs. Recently, Adachi pulled off the impossible for me. I waited until the last minute to send flowers, but they arrived ON TIME, fresh and beautiful. Adachi is a beautiful place to visit -- buying or just browsing. You wont leave without buying. I ordered from them online and their online service charged me a $10.00 delivery fee. About an hour later a woman left a message on my cell phone saying they needed to charge me $5.00 more to deliver and wanted my authorization to do that. When I called them back, they advised me that they had already sent my order out to another florist and had already charged me the $5.00 extra (without waiting for my authorization). Then they told me they couldnt find the order when I asked them cancel it ... but if they did find it ... all in all they were not very professional or well organized. I wont order from them again.

Adachis always has such beautiful plants and flowers. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. They not only sell to the community, they support local schools and organisations with donations.
