Ana and her husband Roy have created one of the most wonderful little world-class businesses Ive seen. I honestly can say that I may never have come across such superior customer service. It was terrific working with the two of them who were so passionate about flowers and delivering an excellent product, that it seemed the monetary aspect of the business was a tertiary point in the process. Roy even emphasized to me that since I was not local, he would happily work with local florists in other part of the country so as to create a perfect arrangement wherever I may be. Even afterwords, Roy called me back once it was finished to explain the final arrangement and in order to send pictures of the finished bouquet. If you are searching for flowers in the Bay Area and you are seeking the utmost quality, look no further.

Ana is a brilliant flower artist. She has made many stunning bouquets for me, and people Ive given them to have asked me where I got them. Sometimes I just phone her and tell her I want something fabulous (but not too expensive), and when I get there, something fabulous is ready! Ana and her husband Roy run a very friendly neighborhood shop, with great customer service. They also provide flowers for large occasions all over the area. Looking for honesty and integrity? One time I accidentally gave Ana an extra ten-dollar bill. She realized it afterwards, and the next time she saw me, maybe a month later, she repaid me. Id recommend this shop to anyone for great selection, great service, and especially for gorgeous arrangements.

Ana was nice, but my $50 flower birthday bouquet phone order for my sister was to include blue irises and purple lisianthes. It had neither. Dominated by sweet William, a cheap filler, the bouquet appeared to include leftover flowers like 2 tiny orchids, 2 purple short gladioli-like flowers, 2 tiny, white lisianthes buds, and 2 pairs of flowers I dont recognize. It looked more like a $5.99 bouquet from Trader Joes than any $50 bouquet I ordered from other Berkeley florists. I like to support local florists near where my sister lives rather than calling FTD. I would add a pic sent by my sister, if I could. Added 2 stars for the nice vase.

Ana was incredibly sweet and extremely helpful! My girlfriend absolutely loved what she put together, even with my limited direction. The presentation was spectacular, and she was very accommodating when I was under a tight timeline - I will definitely be using her for my future flower needs!

When the guy on the other end of the phone finished his 3 minute rant about the difference between babys-breath and million-star, i knew that THIS was my florist. Clearly, he knew what he was talking about.... Whats more, they went above and beyond with the delivery.
