I had the greatest experience here. I called ahead of time to see if they had a small pot and some succulents to choose from to make a gift for my co-works desk. When I showed up, the nursery had a tray of options to choose from laid out for me. She even planted everything and made everything perfect. It was more expensive than I was planning on spending but honestly I would go back and spend more to have the customer service I experienced. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

They told me if Im a member I dont need a receipt for returns. I went to exchange a plant. They told me no exchanges without a receipt!
