Jackie, Andy and others have been helping me for over a decade now and I just cant say enough about their knowledge and helpfulness. For the first five years I didnt ask many questions. But this team has been so reliable that at this point, when Im starting a small home improvement project (last was an outdoor shower) the first thing I do is find Jackie and get a consult. Cant believe there are only two reviews for this fabulous store. They make 100% good on their promise to provide excellent customer service. Imagine a hardware store where you actually get useful and knowledgeable help! Furthermore, they seem to have EVERYTHING! Paint section is extremely good as well. Lastly, the prices are entirely reasonable.

This place rocks. You can get anything you want to here. If I cant make it over the hill to Target, I can get stuff at Ace. I always spend about 2x the amount of time I think I will in this hardware store and walk out with 4x as much stuff.
