My Optometrist is a Kaiser Doc so I havent had experience with their Doctors but I can say the Optician that I saw there did a fantastic job and the resulting prescription glasses I received are the best fit Ive ever received. They cost a small fortune but you get what you pay for in service and resulting product. I went there because I didnt want to go to anymore cut rate mall places for glasses that dont fit and opticians that are just glorified salespeople who have no real idea how to setup a pair of prescription glasses. Like I said the optician did a great job setting up the sweet spot which is critical, they always rush that part but she took the time to make sure it is correct. So I definitely recommend them but if you dont care what you wear on your face every day and just want a cheap price then go somewhere else. We did take our adult son there to help him out and the price was a lot lower than mine because he is young and doesnt need anything fancy.

My wife and I have seen Dr Schermer now for over 10 years on a yearly basis, cataract surgery and all other eye problems we have encountered. His expertise is second to none of all the Doctors we have seen. My wife has numerous other mitigating problems, IE. Rheumatoid Arthritus, heart problems, etc. Dr Schermer has been ahead of the game on all the complications of same. We could never say enough about his expertise and the qualitly of his staff. They are all Excellent in every way. We highly recommend Dr Schermer for any and all eye concerns you may ever have to deal with. Additionally, he has come to his office on weekends on short notice to deal with problems I have encountered.

Unfortunately hes not my physician but when I called and left a message in his voicemail regarding questions about Macular Degeneration and conflicting opinions I received from two previous doctors, he promptly returned my phone call and was very open to a conversation about my situation even though im not his patient. I live in Modesto but if if I lived in Sacramento Id definetly see him. Taking time from his busy schedule to talk to someone whose not his patient means hes a very generous, kind person.

Fantastic group. I was just passing through town and needed a thorough eye exam to renew a license. I had no problem scheduling or with paperwork, and saw both Drs. Rogers and Schermer. They and their assistants were fast, professional, articulate, practiced, had great modern equipment, were friendly, and explained more than Id ever been told before. Id say it was the best exam Ive ever had.

The doctors & staff are great! They do a complete exam, knowledge is second to none, they understood my special needs Ive had since birth, & they have a complete line of many brands of glasses available. I came to their office when my eye doctor / surgeon I have known since a child retired about 5 years ago. No regrets & they give me great care.

Scheduling an appointment with the staff was very easy and simple. The staff were very friendly and attended me fast. Great place to get glasses and an eye exam. I give this spot an A+. I felt very very welcomed at this place.
