I have ordered my contact lenses through Wal Mart Vision Center for a year now. Each time they ask that I call first so they can make sure their licensed contact dispenser is there. I do not know what magical powers this license holds but basically it means he has to be there in order for me to pick them up. No one else can simply hand them to me. I recieved a call a week ago that my order was ready. On a Thursday I called and was told, that he would not be back till Monday. I was leaving for a trip and was on my last pair of disposable lens so this was very inconvenient. So I asked if he would be there at noon on Monday. She said he takes lunch from 12:30 to 1:00...another inconvenience since this is my lunch hour. I arrived on Tuesday at 12:10 and was told he had just left for lunch. When I asked when he would be back, they said 2:00. Apparently holding this license also entitles him to 2 hours lunch breaks! Then they offered to mail them to me. Unbelievable! They can mail them to me, but they can not simply hand them to me without him there! They are contacts not a prescription drug, (which you can pick up for another person without I.D. at Wal Mart). I came back at 5:00 that day to pick them up-for the last time! I will be filling my prescription somewhere else! In the state our economy you would think businesses, especially Wal-Mart who prides themselves on American made customer service, would not be so rediculous.

Just got my glasses ya they came a week early bit I paid for the better shade package and why am I feeling as if I need sunglasses on? Paid extra to have the darker tent when sun is out and its crap. Dont waist your money .

Website says open Wednesdays, you call and it says they are closed Wednesday
