Looks can be deceiving. Do not give your business to this silver shop. My first time in their shop, they couldn’t answer basic questions nor could they give me the prices that should be on display for the public to see. They were not very friendly and during questioning and I didn’t get answers to most of the questions I asked, it seemed, I DONT KNOW was the only thing they did know. On top of that, what they did answer was with incorrect information. I bought some silver; I got home and saw that I was over charged according to market and the 16% mark up. The owner makes it look like a nice place but that’s the only good thing about this place, the look. May I recommend Moms silver, they buy 5% under market and most importantly they tell the truth while not acting as if they were the best silver shop to bless us with their presence. The place is a rip off. I would rather support an honest person’s family before that of a dishonest business, anyways happy silver hunting.

An honest business, My items were tested with a laser spectrometer right in front of me. The prices they pay are listed on a monitor in the lobby via national pricing website. If the prices are not shown,, just ask them to display it up on the monitor as that screen has multiple uses. The owner is brutally honest and will inform you of the quality of your items.. All repairs are done with a laser (no flame) to protect your gems and the repair shop is visible from the customer lobby. Most of what they buy gets melted down...

Just the worst this.this place has the the worst customer service if I could give no stars I would. I brought in a beautiful mariner link gold necklace to if it was real baldy told me it was plated and then continued to insult me by saying, "Thats why you dont buy your jewelry at the gas station."He was just the worst and the heavyset lady is no daisy either. This place was the worst jewelry store I have ever been to. Dont give these jerks the time a day. There are better stores out there by far.

The man who owns the shop is very loyal to his customers. He could've easily taken advantage of me but didn't. We got 300 dollars for old silver ware. We plan on going back and he has a lot of nice jewelery for sale. He even gave me a tiny gold in color baby bootie charm for ky two year old daughters necklace. He is one of the last honest business owners and I am grateful for it.
