Took my watch there several times only to be told they cant fix it, they hire watch repair men but they cant even fix a simple clasp on the watch, I even bought the pin they needed to fix it and had it verified it would fit, took the pin in with the watch, of course, the pin is too long and small according to their watch repair men, my advice is, if your looking for jewelry they have a nice selection but if your looking for repair work go to a professional at least theyll know what their doing.

I went and got a special custom piece made from them. Not only did they hand-make it, I was able to get it in less than a weeks time from my initial request, and the quality was superb. I definitely recommend them for anyones jeweler needs!
