If i can put no star, I will leave it blank. They do not deserve any stars. This place is not responsible for what they do. I brought in a brand new Gucci watch and all i need was an adjustment to my band, basically just remove two pin and remove two link and then reconnect, I could have done it myself at home but i dont have a tool to do it and thought i brought it there for have it adjust since they have the tool to do so. I cant believe they knock my watch back over and not able to put back in place. They try to use a machine to compress the face and back together and i was worried by watch will get scratch and ask them about that they they are professional and done this many years. Guess what i was right, they scratch the whole surface and said they didnt do it and not able to put the cover back and said is not their fault and not responsible for it and blame on defect. I told them they need to paid $200 as a deposit until i can get my watch replace by manufacture if i am not able to do return, if I do i will bring back the money. If i dont, I already lost my money even if i keep the $200, A brand New Gucci watch who the hell will want that $200, they are lucky i didnt ask them to full refund for the price i purchase. They denied and said i should be appreciated that they did not charge me $10, can you believe what the owner said, I waked in with a brand new Gucci watch never wore it before they damage the surface and not able to put the cover back and telling me i should be appreciated that they dint charge me the $10, I told them i brought in brand new condition and walk out with damage and you tell me i should be "appreciated not charging me $10?" Can you believe that comments from them? i suggest you should not bring anything there. They are not responsible of the damage they done. Not responsible company.
