without using foul language, let me just express my disdain for this shopping center, specifically one thing: THE PARKING LOT. See, Im your average 11th grader, just trying to get to class. Sure, sometimes Im late, but not everyone can park on the street anyways. So, maybe I could use this parking lot instead, since there are hundreds of empty spaces in the morning? NOPE!! They cant spare even one parking space to a kid trying to get their education?? Im enraged! Is it so terrible if you let some kids park in a space thats probably going to stay empty anyways? Apparently yes, to these greedy bastar- Wait, I promised I wouldnt cursed. Also, they are probably rascist.

This Peninsula Shopping Center is a lousy place in a lousy city. Some of the white people in various businesses here are racist & prejudiced against me, [ i.e., Peninsula Barbers & Ralphs Market ]. Also, those annoying Mexicans in those electric maintenance vehicles yell insults at me in Spanish as I go by. Most of them are too dumb to even speak English and they are setting a bad example for Latinos. I could say more, but whats the use. ....

Peninsula Shopping Center was once a shining, busy mall, but now seems to be shriveling as stores move to more centralized locations. The stores there are fantastic, with great service, but there are dozens of empty units as well. Cleanliness seems to be kept up, though Ive been noticing some sewage smells in one of the courtyards lately. Parking is Free.

The shopping center has been recently renovated, with new stores such as sports authority coming into the center. Chipotle is almost completed, along with the habit. This is sure to be a hit with locals, and many of the stores are busy with customers, minus RadioShack.

Not good for walking around in the summer sun especially since the breezeway next to TJMaxx was removed. The only cool places to park are under Ulta, and on Silver Spur. Yes its legal to park there.

All the stores are closing here. Mall is pretty much dead except for the restaurants. High school/middle school students tend to hang around here.
