We wanted to use our own logo and Rachel was very helpful in reviewing the details of our order. We were offered a discount from the Santa Rosa Minuteman location and she was very accommodating when asked if the Rohnert Park location can honor the same discount. 3 stars for Rachels Customer Service skills. The only minor detail that we had to follow up on was the completion and delivery date of our order, otherwise they would have received a higher rating. We are very please with the quality of our business envelopes and will continue to order from the Rohnert Park Minuteman Press .
