I ordered a custom sign for our office. It had a stainless back with our mission/vision/and company logo printed on plexi glass. The plexi had stand off brackets. Looked great. Problem was, to mount it to the wall you had to take the corner brackets off and install larger screws that would go into the wall. Sounds easy enough, right. Well, whomever put the sign together stripped out all 4 corner screws. When trying to get them out, one of them broke. So now I could not install the sign at all. Also, there were scratches in the stainless background. I paid almost $700 for this sign (16 x 24). For the price, I could not believe the poor quality. When the stripped out screw broke, it dented the stainless background too. The owner of Fast Signs said she would fix it all. She said she would work on it that evening so I could pick it up the next morning. She did not do that. The next morning when they opened I called. It was not going to be ready until 11am. I needed this sign hung on the wall that day for an event we had. The sign was still scratched along the bottom, and she did not repair the dent where the stripped screw made its mark. She did say she would SPLIT THE COST WITH ME TO REPLACE THE BACKGROUND. Really.. for $691 you could not replace it for your customer??? Poor business practice. The quality of the product she sold me was not what I paid for. And there is no way on earth I would split the cost to replace the background. So very disappointed with this company and will never use them again.

The first order of a sandwich board and car decal came out looking great however not as I ordered or as it was explained it would look. Figured Id give a second chance and called in as well as went into the office with all the specs and details to get a quote for a complete wrap and was told I would get a call back. A week after stopping by I got a call saying a quote was being emailed, never got the email. Here we are 2 weeks later and despite my 2 calls requesting the email I have still not heard back from anyone and the excuse I get when I call is that she needs to talk with the installer to make sure I am getting to correct quote.... very disappointed and will be going with a different company.

I LOVE FASTSIGNS. The management is amazing. I had to ask for a complete change in the layout of my order and the change was made swiftly and accordingly. There was no error in our product, only a change of our preference. I love the personal experience and the fast time management skills of the company. The product is so durable and pleasing.
