Disappointed that I chose Alfred Angelo and now realize I should have never shopped here to begin with. As mentioned in some other reviews my 1st visit to chose the dress was wondeful but everything after that was down hill. I came at the end of Nov, about 6 months prior to my wedding and was told that my dress would never arrive on time if I didnt express ship. So I did pay the $50 and was told my dress would arrive the 1st week of April. I paid 2/3 of the dress and was told I could pay the remainder when the dress arrived. Turns out my dress arrived 4 weeks later in January. I received a phone call from the store informing me it had arrived. I called them several times to return the call but could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. I then received another call about a week later from the Store Manager advising me that they had attempted to reach me multiple times and if I didnt come in to pay for my dress they would take me to collections. When I finally got ahold of someone I scheduled an appt for my fitting and to come in and pay the remainder of the dress. I asked if I would need to bring anything and they said just bring the shoes you will wear on that day and $100 to pay the seamstress upfront for the alterations. The day of the fitting they were extremely busy and I could tell they were behind as many ladies were waiting to be seen by the seamstress. It wasnt until 30 mins after my appt that they were able to help me. The salesperson informed me that the dress had arrived but the veil hadnt and neither had the bra. When I finally saw the seamstress she quickly noted that the only alterations needed was a hem at the bottom of the dress and a bustle and it took her no more than 5 mins to finish up with me. I got to the register and they informed me it would be $250 for the minor alterations. I explained that I was completely misinformed regarding the price over the phone and the salesperson clarified that they probably meant $100 per alteration. I informed them that I decided to get my alterations done elsewhere and the salesperson simply said they would remove the pins and bag the dress. To my surprise the dress is completely wrinkled. After making a $1700 purchase I am extremely upset that they did not bother to have the dress pressed and steamed or at the very least ensure that it wasnt as wrinkled as it is. Definitely not a brides dream come true. Ladies please do your research and purchase your dress from a place that will provide you with good customer service and not mislead you and ignore you after you have already made the purchase. ***UPDATE: Despite what it states below I never received any follow up from neither DM or store manager to this day. Once again would not recommend this location to anyone.***

Needless to say...I really wish I read the reviews for this place. I decided to write a review after my terrible experience and stumped upon the same issues! After reading all these reviews that were all similar to my experience I thought to myself, "how the heck does this place stay in business?!" I highly suggest to all you ladies who need bridesmaid dresses and/or wedding gowns DO NOT GO TO ALFRED ANGELO!!!!! By the way Wackeywafers you were 1000X on the dot with how that place operates! I decided to call Gloria myself to tell her about the negative reviews and she brushed it off as if it wasnt a big deal! My experience: They told my sister she needed a larger size for her bridesmaid gown then what she tried on which was swimming on her to begin with...but my sister caught onto their game. However, I decided to go with the larger size since I am very busty. I get my dress which needs alternations(which I was expecting) and they want to charge a rush fee and on top of that cant work with your schedule so you can only go in a certain time on Mondays! RIDICULOUS! Gloria told me to call the alteration lady and then she wants me to drive to Rancho Cucamonga and charge me over half of what the dress cost, $85 dollars!!!! Im extremely disappointed in my experience and will never recommend anyone to do business here. I hope Alfred Angelo listens to their customers and do not repeat a negative experience again.( And ladies if you do decide to shop here....take these tips: do not go for the bigger dress no matter how many charts they show you or reasons why you should get it and go somewhere else for alterations!) Just a quick update: My sister just called me to tell me her appointment for hemming was canceled by Gloria. I was going to suggest she cancel it anyways after my negative experience and finding a place for cheaper. Regardless thats not good customer service for a manager. My sister and cousin were also not informed about the rush fee....so they were gonna pull a fast one on them when they got there for their appointment. Glad to take our business elsewhere! Wish I could give no stars.......

After reading these reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting the show room for my bridesmaids gowns. But I really liked some of their gowns so I went ahead and took a chance and went into the store. When I entered the room I was greeted by the manager and she asked what I was looking for. I let her know that I was there for gowns. She asked me to wait a few minutes while her associate Lucy finished with another Bride. I met Lucy and told her about the reviews and how I was uneasy about going in. She assured me that she would give quality care. Lucy was so very sweet and listened to my wants. I showed her a few gowns I wanted my girls to try on and she suggested I try them on. I had no idea that Brides can try on their bridesmaid dresses. I thought it was really neat! So, I tried them on and I chose the gowns I wanted my BM to try on. She input all my BM information so I didn’t have to do this during their appointment which would make it go much smoother. I knew that I was going to have a great experience here; Lucy was so kind hearted. About 10 days after my BM ordered their dresses, I had a meltdown with my colors (a bride have a meltdown right?!). I went into the store, Lucy and Holly said the dress had already been cut and had a delivery date which meant I probably couldn’t change the color. I was devastated because I was going from burnt orange to rose pink! A huge change, I know. Well, about 2 hours later I received a call from from Holly saying that they would make an exception for my situation and cancel my order and reorder the dresses in pink! I cried because now my wedding was going to be perfect. These two ladies along with the Manager did not have to do this for me. They really went above and beyond their service to make my dream come true! If you are looking for great customer service give them a chance like I did, I know Lucy and Holly will not let you down!

Jessica here & I made three visits here & purchased my dress today, Saturday, June 11th 2016. Let me just say that my experience there was amazing! I met a young lady named Karely who was a delight to have around. She actually helped me & stayed with me from beginning to end, unlike Davids Bridal out in Ontario where they just left me alone & had my mother help me fit into my dresses which is NOT good service at all. Karely was very understanding & listened to the style I was looking for & even gave me some to try out to get a taste of everything. She cared about my wedding day & made me feel very comfortable to talk about anything. The manager Desie was just as great as Karely. She made me feel important & as if my day was a personal priority for her. She got along great with my mother, who speaks Spanish & she found her to be very nice as well. She got along well with my bridesmaids & sisters as well. She gave me tips & advice on how to do certain styles with my dress & ways to save money for my day. Both Karely & Desie make a great team & are even better together. They both go out their way to give you an experience that you wont ever forget. I only shopped for my wedding dress, which I ended up buying the Jasmine dress from their Disney Princess collection & their under garments. They even announced me saying Yes To The Dress twice, which was really cute lol! Im so glad I found my dress there & through them. They are amazing. 5 stars from me & by the way, Karely picked out my wedding dress, which I was undecided to try it on when she mentioned it so I owe her a BIG THANK YOU because if I didnt take her offer, I might have never found my dress. Thank you Alfred Angelo Riverside for a great experience!!
