I went to 8-10 different shops in San Diego and ultimately bought my dress here, not just for the best dress, and the lowest price, but for the most calm and relaxing ambience and service. I went in 3 times, one to try on dresses with Courtney, the 2nd to try on dresses again with Robin, and the 3rd to buy my dress. Each time my call was returned within a few hours. On one occasion I even wanted to change my appointment last minute on a busy weekend. They took down my number for a cancelation and were able to move my time. The best part is that every time I went in I was the only bride shopping. Ive been to other shops where thats not the case. No bride wants to see another woman trying on her dress, which did happen to me. The ironic thing is the other store, with much worse service, offered the exact same dress at a higher price. Although they didnt have as many dresses as some massive stores, each one is hand picked and in really nice taste. I actually had more great options than all the other stores. Isis was also really flexible with price and were able to match the price of another shop. But given the relaxed, friendly and attentive service, buying it here was a no brainer.

FABULOUS! Kaitlin went above and beyond to help me find a dress, ship it to me since I do not live close, and followed up to make absolutely sure I had everything I needed and the dress fit. Kaitlin is also hand making me a vale! Her extra efforts are immensely appreciated! Magnolia is a MUST to put on the bridal gown shopping list!!!!!

Worst bridal shop, unacceptable service. Travelled from a long way to visit the shop and i dont recommended at all. I wasted my time... Too far out in San Diego for what it is, not worth it.
