YOURE BETTER OFF WITH FRIARS. I would give them 1 star, but in the end I did get a tux with the colors I asked for. First off the renting price for a tux is very expensive, with decent material. If youre a fan of fake bow ties/ ties, with plastic material dress shoes, and a none breathable shirt... come get your tux here! Not only will you get decent attire for a hefty price, but you will also get rudely obnoxious service by the workers there. I went in to rent a tux and was hurried into finishing my paper work, and hurried out the door, due to their number of clientele. If you can fill out a 14 box information form in less than 2 minutes, this is your place to go! Oh and before I forget, before youre hurried out of the door make sure you ask them when to return the tux, because since theyre so busy they forget to even mention it to you. Then youre left with a phone call about a day or two days later depending when you got it, to bring it back immediately, at the convenience of an hour before they close. So if you have the psychic ability to read minds, and are just able to know when to return it without asking, or love putting your life on hold for a brief moment to return a tux at their convenience... come here! If you love being rushed, rude service, decent tux, plastic shoes, heavy price, and bad customer service, come to Princess Bridal, located on Sierra and Arrow. If you want a lower price tag for better quality tuxedos, amazing customer service, somewhere where you can be treated like a client and get your moneys worth, youre better off with friars.

I am ranking this "Poor-Fair" only becuase there is not a option for Horrible! This is possibly the WORST dress shop ever!!! I went to get fitted for a dress for my friends wedding that in April... so she found this place that has possibly the worst service ever!! All of the girls there were super rude and the old lady in the front was the worst of all!!! They would not take my measurements because they said and I quote "We dont need to measure you just by looking at you we can tell what your size are". SERIOUSLY!!! Its more then obvious that the first review was written by either a employee or the owner... seriously dont waste your time or money... Did Mention they wont let more then one person in your party try on the dress you are going to choose... & Its limited 3 dresses to try on... so unless you or you party are all the same size with the same body shape you are S.O.L!!!! I really hope the owner or employees of this establishment read this review and try and better theyre service!

If I could I would put no stars I went there like 2 weeks ago, and wanted to look at dresses It took a while for someone to assist us, and she just gave me magazines to look through. I personally did not like the dresses because they were too tacky and VERY EXPENSIVE! When I found a few that I liked I went up the counter and once again it took a long time to get assisted... I asked the lady if I could take a picture of the dresses, and said no?!? Like really! Then I asked if she could give me a pen and a paper to write down the number, and again denied me to do so. My mom immediately got mad and we left, that is no way to treat costumers! Dont go there enlse you want to waste time and money! We later went to another store and the prices were cheaper and the workers were so kind.

They do have variety but their customer service sucks..I got there and the lady that was in the front desk didnt even look at us, a lady with blonde curly hair, wish I knew her name...she was talking to a man about some washing machines or something, another person comes in with her daughter and right away she helps them. If I had the choice I would go to a different place. Dont they know that if the customer is happy they can reccomend your business to someone else? I should say that another person came to help us but after about 10 min of standing at the door.

OK... Como enpesar......... Pesimo su servicio.. todas las trabajadoras ,atienden de malas le molesta si les haces pregustas lo peor no te toman las medidas por que segun ellas con solo mirar saben tu talla................. Encaragar los vestidos en ese lugar fue horrible....=(

I was in my friends quinceañera and honestly, I would not like to shop there again. They are very rude and inattentive to the customer. They made my friend go back and fourth almost weekly to "Fix" her dress. At first, I was told that they would alter our dresses without charging then at last minute when everyone needed dress altering, a fee suddenly applied. I would not recommend this place.

I went to buy my prom dress, they had some variety but unfortunately were super busy. I already got 4 dress from there before but they werent busy so I had received excellent customer service then. But when busy its not that great service and should probably hire more help. I will continue buying dresses here. They can tell your size without measurements which is a bonus.

Just avoid this place if you can! My mom got her dress here recently and they rushed us out the door after we gave the deposit . My mom wanted to keep looking at the dress and a lady kept trying to put it away. In the end the dress came out ok but they cut it and ruined the design at the bottom . Avoid this place

Marie truly is one of a kind. She is so experienced in this business and is amazing to work with! She will tell you very honestly what looks good on you and what doesnt, and her bridal gown selection is phenomenal. Im so glad I found my dream dress at Princess Bridal! I will definitely be back to accessorize.

I went in for a Tuxedo and the manager Maribel gave me an excellent deal, she was very professional and she found the perfect attire for me. I really recommend their services and you go in ask for Maribel she will take care of you.
