I have only given four stars because I am "a fan" but I havent had a completed experience at Bellaposa Bridal yet. I went to Bellasposa to get an idea of the kind of wedding dress I was looking for and had no idea the level of expertise in that boutique. I was helped by "Crystal Kim" and I can only deduce that she is an amazing listener because the very first dress she brought me was breathtaking and exactly what I described, I like to add that I am a very confused bride so that is not an easy task. I knew immediately this was the dress I wanted! She was very accommodating and professional in that she did do her due diligence in making sure that I tried on other dresses just to be sure which I thought was notable because she could have just had me walk out then and there with the sale. Being a sales person I know how important that final commitment is but being in finance I also now how important it is to make sure every customer is satisfied. It was like she knew when I had solidified all doubts because she responded with allowing me to stay in that particular dress to make a decision. I recommend this boutique and "Crystal Kim" in particular to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and professional experience to get the job done. Even if you "think" you are just shopping around and are not quite sure I suggest you come here, you will find some very experienced guidance. The dress experience has been one of the more pleasant wedding experiences and I am so glad that I decided to use Bellasposa Bridal as one of my vendors. I do want to clarify that price when it comes to wedding dresses is very subjective and it all depends on what you are looking for. Being that their highest dress was not "astronomical" in my opinion I am giving the price the rate I am giving it. Again I add, it would seem you are dealing with professionals and a telling sign in dealing with professionals is they can find a way to no doubt fit into any budget.

I came here to look for my wedding dress, first place Ive been. And, so glad I did! I called to make and appt. because I wasnt sure how it worked. They said I didnt have to make one, but they suggested I do, to get in at the time I wanted. When you first walk in your amazed at all the beautiful dresses, but also the décor is amazing. They offered my bridesmaids and I a choice of champagne or sparkling cider while we waited to meet my consultant. Liz, was great! She asked me all sorts of questions about my wedding and the dress I had in mind. I was curious why they needed to know so much info., but, now I see why. She used all the info. I gave her to help invision my venue. After trying on about 7-9 of the dresses I picked, she surprised me with one last one. By now, she knew what style I liked. So, I tried on her choice and fell in love w the dress!!! Even though I did like a few of my picks, her was the overall winner! Unfortunately, I didnt buy the dress that day because, it was my first time & my wedding is a over year away and everyone kept saying dont pick one yet. But, Ive been thinking about that dress ever since! So, I am going to shop around a bit more, but I have a huge feeling I will be back to enjoy another amazing wedding dress shopping day w my girls & Mother. Thank you for making my first experience amazing, Bellasposa! Ive read so many bad reviews of places, that I was prepared to not have the best experience. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Kristie, the owner even called me a few days later to follow up on how my day w Liz was and if there was anything I needed to let them know. Cant wait to go back! P.S. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because, they said we werent allowed to take any pictures. Luckily, my girls snuck some & Im so glad they did! Ive probably looked at the pic everyday since :) Thats what makes me want to go back!

Im very disappointed. After reading the reviews, I was so excited. I called on Sunday March 5th to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone let me know that she had openings for next Sunday, March 12th. So, we confirmed March 12th via phone call. She took down my credit card information as a standard part of making the appointment. I live in Torrance, which is 66 miles away. I thought it was odd that they hadnt called me to confirm my appointment. My group who was going with me to this appointment was ready. We started driving on our way, but I just had this feeling to call and confirm. Sure enough, I was right. The same lady who originally answered the phone, said she didnt have my appointment in her books. I was so upset that she just gave away my appointment to someone else. My family traveled from SFV to torrance to accompany me to Rancho for nothing. What a waste of time. What a way to ruin everyones day. Ladies, you dont want to go through what I did. Especially if you are traveling from a far distance. Id recommend calling a day or two prior to your appointment just to confirm the receptionist didnt fall asleep on the job. The receptionist didnt even apologize for her mistake, she didnt even care that she made a mistake. She tried to say it was a computer glitch. If she doesnt care about her mistake like that than it makes me nervous... like what if I was further in to it, like ordering an dress what other types of mistakes they would make and be so careless about it. I asked for the manager on the floor and she insisted that she was the boss. I really dont believe that...

My appointment was on a Wednesday afternoon and I did not know what to expect. I had been planning everything with my fiancé and the whole wedding had been easily piecing itself together, but I was a little uncertain that picking a dress would be the same. As soon as we entered the salon we were greated by everyone. Shortly after we met our bridal consultant, Alison Noriega, she was phenomenal! We sat down and reviewed all of the details of my wedding. Then we discussed how I envisioned my future wedding dress. After we looked around together and I entrusted her to choose the ones she believed would look good. She insisted that I pick one dress that caught my eye. We started to try on the dresses and the fun began. Alison made such and effort to make me feel comfortable and kept up great conversations. Everytime I was in front of the mirror Alison would ask me what I was thinking and how did I feel. She completely invested her time in getting to know me as a person and made this the most enjoyable experience I could have asked for. In the end we ended up going back to the very first dress that we had tried on and I SAID YES! Alison was extremely happy for me want the dress to be perfect. She helped me add sleeves to the dress and we even picked the perfect veil. I couldnt imagine having this experience with any other consultant. I was truly blessed to have met Alison. I hope she knows how much this ment for me and my family. I am looking forward to getting the dress altered from the seamstress she recommended. Thank you Alison!
