Chloe welcomed me into the store and we got right to chatting away. I felt like Chloe invested her time and expertise into our wedding dress session, she made me feel so comfortable! Getting to know Chloe and her process of only having three dresses in the dressing room with me, made me so happy and less overwhelmed! Chloe immediately answered our questions and reassured me (a plus size bride) that I would be able to try on many dresses. She even spoke to my niece who is 8 and wanted to help, she was following chloe around and helping choose the dresses for me to try. My sister loved that Chloe was equally attentive to all of us, 8 years old and up! Chloe helped me into each dress and made sure I was comfy and then rated each dress. She even let me use my coupon on a sale! Chloe is by far the best!! There were a three ladies in the front who kept talking to each other and looking at me but never said anything, which made me a little awkward, but I tried to focus on Chloe. In the end I chose a beautiful wedding dress and I cant wait to walk down in the aisle in it! It is a 10, as is Chloe. Please request her if you visit the store, you wont be disappointed. Her manager should be very proud of her style and attention that she gives her brides. Thank you Chloe for making my day extra special!!

This place was awesome!! I called on a Saturday and got an appointment for the very next day. The company had discontinued my DREAM dress and they only had one left in stock. I came in on that Sunday and Olivia was my consultant. She was AMAZING! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and above all listened to my every need. I told her my likes and dislikes for every dress I tried on. Once I had finally decided which dress I was going to say, "yes" to, she fixed my hair, told me the story of the 3 veils, and put them all on me. Next, she had me close my eyes and picture what my fiancé would see on our wedding day. I walked down the walkway and obviously, I cried (and so did my mom) lol! Needless to say, I got my dream dress and it was an amazing experience thanks to Olivia. THANK YOU OLIVIA! YOU ARE AMAZING AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY!

I bought my dress in May of 2011... it was my DREAM DRESS...I paid 560 on it (only owing 300) it came in early and i couldnt afford to pay the remaining balance right away and told them when id be able to pay it...imagine my shock when i found out that they sold my dress to someone else... (who happened to be marrying my husbands best friend) for the remaining balance... she paid 300 for my dress that i paid 500. I basically paid for her to wear my dress down the isle. Not only that but on her receipt it had my name address and phone number. they gave all of my information to someone who COULD have been a perfect stranger... It was HORRIBLE having to watch her walk down the isle in MY dress... I tried numerous times to get ahold of someone but noone will return my calls, finally i called corporate and hopefully they will help me work all of this out.

Just wanted to leave a note to let you know that I stopped in this weekend to Store #043 to try on some dresses for my wedding. Jenny is the one who helped me and she was so sweet and very helpful. I am having a destination wedding and wanted to try on bridesmaids dresses since they would be easier to travel with, and was worried that someone would try and up-sell me on a wedding gown since it would be a higher commission. But luckily for me Jenny was totally on board with my vision and helped me try on 4 different dresses that fit my vision. I felt so comfortable with her and ended up falling in LOVE with a dress and buying it on the spot! She also found a veil that perfectly tied the whole look together and I bought that too. She definitely made sure that I had the perfect bridal experience and I felt like a bride the entire time.

This was my third bridal gown shopping experience. Never was I greeted with more enthusiasm and warmth than when Olivia greeted me at the desk! She was surprisingly genuinely interested in me and what I wanted. She listened intently to all my criteria and worked with my limited budget. I was beginning to think the dress of my dreams was all in my head. And then she put me in her first pick (the first dress was my pick, hers was second) and it blew me away. Even knowing how much I loved it she continued to entertain me trying on different silhouettes and designs and helped me to loosen up and have fun. Finally when I put back on my gown, I wasnt sure I would get emotional but after Olivias encouragement and kind words, my mom and I were both in tears. Go to Alfred Angelo. And INSIST on Olivia. It will be absolutely be worth it.

Prior to going to Alfred Angelos bridal I bought another dress somewhere else, took it to get altered and the lady who was altering my dress totally destroyed it. I called Alfred Angelos Bridal and told them my story. They had me come in right away! One of the wonderful girls "Olivia" turned my day from worst nightmare to the best day!!!! Best experience I have ever had with customer service. I was out of the store within 45 mins with my dream dress. It was like it was meant to be! I love this dress 100 % more than I did the last one. The price was right and I dont even have to get it altered! Im so happy and excited to wear this gorgeous dress on the big day! I Would highly recommend them if youre looking for a wedding dress. I know anyone wouldnt be disappointed. Thank you so much girls!!! -Jenell <3

I came here last week and it was my first bridal appointment. I attended a few other appointments after this, and I realize just how great I was treated at Alfred Angelo in Oceanside. My stylist was Olivia, and she was the nicest, most sincere, non-pushy saleswoman I worked with! She really listened to what my preferences were and she found dresses that fit my personality, despite the styles being some of the least expensive in the store. Although I did not end up choosing a dress from this store, I HIGHLY recommend you take a trip there and visit with Olivia. She should seriously be promoted and was sure a pleasure to work with. Thanks for such a great experience, Olivia!!!

I went here yesterday for my first appointment to try on dresses- something that I was little nervous for at first. However, my experience here was great! Olivia was my consultant and she was amazing! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable! She also gave helpful feedback, was very patient, and helped me decide on my perfect dress! I also loved how she was so good at styling everything and picking out the perfect accessories for it. I am in LOVE with my dress and will definitely be coming back for my bridesmaids dresses too! I really cant say enough good things about my experience!
