I was hesitant to come here because they have a lot of terrible reviews. I saved them for last just for that reason in case we didnt have time to go there it wouldnt be that big of a deal. I was an hour late to my appointment because of the disaster at Bridal Tuxedo Galleria (check out my review on their page), and showed up only an hour before they closed. I expected them to be irritated, but the lady who helped me, Ivon, was super understanding. I told her what I was looking for and the price range, and she showed me to a spot on the floor with some good options. Then she went off to pull dresses while we browsed. I saw another girl trying on the dress I fell in love with at the place before and Ivon said, "Great, Ill take it when shes done so you can try it again." She asked if I prefer she help me with the dresses or my mom, and I said, "Lets give my poor mom a break. Im not shy." So, she helped get me in and out of the dresses, rolled them up tight and pinned them, she was awesome! The showroom is huge! They have about 4-5 large semi-private mirrors for viewing. It was definitely a great setup. Ivon was super knowledgeable about the alterations that could be done to each dress, and explained to me exactly all they could do to make it the perfect dress. She even worked with us to match competitor prices, plus gave us an additional $20 savings as an added bonus. After all that, they were at closing time, but she still showed us around their bridesmaid selections and helped pick out some dresses for my matron of honor to try on. It was an overall great experience. I went back the next day (Ivon was adamant I didnt make a decision that day and said to go sleep on it, she would honor the discount for the next few days), tried the dress on one last time to be sure, and then purchased it. I gushed all over Ivon and her impeccable service, to which she responded, "Well you have to deal with me over the next 10 months, you better like me." I talked to Ivon and another woman there for advice on the size since I was in between sizes. They were super knowledgeable and explained in detail the risks with ordering in each size. My advice is to take your measurements before you go so you have an idea already of where youre at, so youre not just relying on their measurements. I went with the bigger size, because its always easier to take in rather than let out. The sizing issue is a risk no matter where you go. This place was awesome in comparison to the other places I went to (2000 Dreams and Bridal Tuxedo Galleria). Maybe theyre trying to turn around their image from all the bad reviews, who knows, but my experience there was fabulous. I"m hoping for good things come February when my dress will arrive. Im even taking my bridesmaids back there to find their dresses.

No STAR if there was a choice!!! SUPER SHADY!!! Stay away! I went to this place without reading the reviews. BIG Mistake!! I ordered my dress in early April. Kesenia had told me that I was in between size 2 and size 4. I distinctively remembered she said to go with a size 4. However, when I had gone in for the first fitting, the dress came in a size 2!!!! I couldn’t zip it up! They told me they couldn’t reorder another size this close to the wedding date and that my dress was non refundable. After much arguing, she re-took my measurements and said that I had gained an inch bigger in bust, waist, and thigh. Kesenia kept on insinuating that I had gained weight and that her measurements can’t be wrong. I told her there was no way since I have been religiously working out and it’s apparent that I have lost weight. I had lost 6 lbs since April from cardio exercise and I did zero lifting since I had a sprained wrist. To make matters worse she told me to stop working out because it is making me bigger! She was very rude and said a lot of unnecessary comments. She was never apologetic. Their solution to the problem was to let them alter the dress and it will be fine. They quoted me approximately $300 for alterations. But since I was already dissatisfied with their customer service I decided to take the dress somewhere to see if it was salvageable. Luckily it was a two-inch difference and my seamstress said she could do all the alterations for me for $95, hemming included. She said if it was any more than 2 inches, then she can’t let the bodice out because there’s not enough extra fabric. When I had came home and read the reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one that Bridals and Veil had ordered the wrong size for. It was a common theme for this shady store. You would think you can trust them with measurements they give you but instead they take advantage of us not knowing and to try to milk every penny out of the poor brides. Also on a side note, they told me my dress would be arriving in beginning of July. July came and there was still no dress. I had called them twice to follow up and they said they would call me back. They never called me back. I called them again end of August and they told me my dress was already here. Worst customer service.

I wish my daughter had checked with the Better Business Bureau before she went to this store because they have several complaints against them, and they only have a C+ rating. She went there because they were at The Bridal Bazaar, and she found the perfect dress which she began making payments on. The saleslady gave her a 20% discount which was nice but we found out later that the dress was overpriced compared to the price of the same dress in another bridal store. Last week she received a coupon from them in the mail offering a free bridal veil (up to $200) with the purchase of any dress over $1250. We went to the store expecting to chose a veil, and thats when things got ugly. The girl at the counter checked and said my daughter couldnt use the coupon. We asked why, and the girl went to get the original saleslady. She said no also cuz she had already given my daughter the 20% discount. That didnt make sense, so the manager of the store (who was possibly the owner also) joined the conversation. The bottom line was that the coupon was printed incorrectly and mailed out by mistake to my daughter and other brides. It was supposed to say "at the time of purchase" and "not useable with any other discount" but it didnt. He also tried to say since their name wasnt printed on the coupon that they didnt have to accept it. But he did admit it was their coupon and got mailed from their store. We expected them to say "sorry" and honor it in some way. Instead, they became very rude and humiliating (in front of other customers), and he threatened my daughter by saying he was not gonna order her dress, the dress was gonna be waiting there for her forever (even though it was not yet ordered), she was gonna lose $400, and he was gonna send her to collections. She told him she was gonna contact the BBB, and the man walked away from the counter. We feel that he should have honored the coupon instead of using excuses why he wasnt going to honor it. We were shocked at his behavior, so unprofessional. My daughters maid of honor was with us also, and she said another salesgirl was rolling her eyes at us during the discussion. How these people stay in business is beyond me.
