I like the lot, I have visited many shopping for a car this time and most of them just gave me the creeps except for this place. They have their own mechanic on hand and the place has an upbeat feeling about it. They keep their cars very clean and in good condition. As always though Caveat emptor, pronounced /ˌkævi.ɑːt ˈɛmptɔr/, is Latin for "Let the buyer beware". Im the worst at this. Im just this trusting guy that thinks everyone is honest. Im happy with the car I bought and I think I got a fair price but there were some problems with it that they didnt tell me about other wise I would have rated with four stars. I need to say though when I discovered the problems they were more than willing to deal with them. I just would have saved me time if they would have dealt with it before I purchased the car because if your like me time in my business is money.

Wholesale?? Nothing "wholesale" about this place. Before wasting your time; go to their website then compare price tag to blue book value, cars are usually two to three thousand dollars over priced. Dont go trying to negotiate cause its not about what the customer wants its only about what they want. Wholesale value is valued less then blue book value. They should really consider changing the name of business. Take down vin number, year, make & model of car & take it to your bank they will tell you how much they are trying to rip you off. They like clueless customers who dont know anything about purchasing a car. Stay away from this place, you will definitely make the worst investment ever if you purchase a car from them.

This place is one of the worst used car dealers Ive ever been to. I called to check about a car and got a nice description from one of the salespeople. So I came in to look at the car and got a totally different story from another salesperson. Then, when I spoke to the owner, he gave me a third story on the car and had a nasty attitude about it. His excuse for the different stories on the car was that the salespeople dont know what theyre talking about even though hes had the car for well over a month. He was a complete jerk and didnt treat me like a customer should be treated. Avoid this place!

This Place has reasonable prices ...but once you look under the car you would figure why there cheap! I honestly got rip off yet he consider himself a good person(alan) to sell me a vehicle that is damage i wouldnt recommend anyone here i agree with Eric previous review ..tho i was ignorant i learn my lesson ..your better off going to a new car dealership and buying a new car...all these used car dealership like this one 80%! Of there vehicles are crash even with a clean carfax ...sincerely my honest review and first because i really was taken by being stupid

Young couple barley starting up our lives. Werent sure what our auto options were. Came here to browse around and found an amazing Volvo with low miles; seemed so close yet so far out of our reach... But then Mike saw us on the floor and offered us a test drive and went a full extra mile to help us with a great deal on financing!! He was kind and knowledgeable about the cars here and had an awesome welcoming persona. If you need a new car I highly recommend Mike and Wholesale auto!!

rafael was very nice when we got there. gave us time and we tested the car. the problem is steve. hes rude, not willing to negotiate and act as if we were all stupid! the biggest issue of all is that they took our deposit and when we found out that the title of the car doesnt even mention their companys name and so the bank wont continue the process, this car dealer wont give us our money back!!! WHY????? crooked! crooked! crooked! STAY AWAY!!! go to a legit place instead.

I scheduled an appointment to look at a car there and I was very disappointed. The tires where completely bald, the tach gauge did not work and when I asked about it the worker knew nothing about it. Additionally when I popped the hood to check it out I realized that there was no oil at all in the car and the car idled very rough. Overall really bad experience wouldnt recommend buying a car from here.

I was very happy with the service that I received from wholesale auto outlet. I went a couple weeks’ looking for a car with other dealer’s that really tried to take advantage of me since I am a young girl. I heard from a friend about this dealer and they really ended up helping me and I love my new car thanks Alan and Paul for all the help I will try to refer more people your way.

I read the reviews and almost didnt go there. But they had the car I wanted so I thought I would try. Not only were they respectful and polite they really made me feel at ease. The personal attention I received from Alan was like buying a new car. I would recommend Alan and Wholesale Auto Outlet to everyone. Alan gives used car salesman a whole new meaning.

I made an appointment to look at the car for sale. When I came to the dealer the white guy says somebody is driving the car and asked me to leave phone number, they will call me. So, who knows what to expect from this place next time. Just wasted my 2-3 hours driving in traffic from Culver City. Do not recommend anybody to deal with them!

The staff here is very attentive. They knew every car history as they do full bumper to bumper inspection before they put it on there lot. They also have a good selection, if Alan doesnt have what your looking for, he will find it. And they have easy financing too. Definitely worth coming back!!!!
