Do not trust these liars. Ben, Mr. "nice" guy sold us a 2007 Range Rover with low miles, "fully serviced" and "ready to go". I came down from Las Vegas as I promised with my husband and children to pick up the vehicle over the weekend and drive back to Las Vegas. You would think that when you tell a man you are coming down with small children to take the vehicle, they will be much more responsible and truthful. After we drove off the lot and started driving back, the brake lights came on and in Victorville the service light came on. I called them back and told them about the issue. They argued that the car was serviced. As much as my husband tried, no luck with these people. No service skills whatsoever and on top so dishonest. When we brought the car back to Vegas doing 60 MPH all the way back worried about the brakes in this heat and 2 kids in the car, we took it to mechanic. Guess what! They put the worst kind go aftermarket brakes that dont even sit right and never even put the sensors on, in the front our back. Someone played with the dash lights and therefor the service light can never be turned off and the entire drivers side had been previously painted along with both bumpers. Obviously the car had a history behind it we never knew. We gave them a chance to pay for the service but they never even responded. How do you put someones kids in a car and send them to a 300 mile trip with brakes that dont even sit right in calipers? This is how much they dont care about a customer but their profit. The service would cost them $500 and an apology to make things right. Stay away!

I tried to purchase a car here and had the worst experience. I contacted them 5 mins after they opened and told them I wanted to purchase a car and proceeded to give them all of my information to start the finance process. I called back 2 hours later and asked what was going on??? Larry indicated that he didn’t have an answer back from the bank and I said I thought you were going to call them, why are you waiting?? He said I will try now. Another hour went by and I called back and he said he sold the car. I asked him why he would do that when I was going to buy the car. He said the other lady paid cash. I told him so you intentionally stalled the financing so the cash buyer could come in and buy the car and he said, well you would do the same thing. I told him that was poor business and TO is a small town and that word of mouth is golden.

I cant believe you do business like this. I will leave a review everyday because of your dealership and employees extreme disregard for others by NOT standing behind anything you promised, and I cant believe my wife and I were planning to buy two vehicles!-- close to $30k. TWO days of driving, close to150 miles round trip. I was 10 miles away, on a 3-4 hour trip to drive up there and my kids because I made a deal and I honored it, you didnt! So our kids didnt get to go trick or treating. Then I even sent a text asking what time I could come today, no response, then the sales/finance rep played games after he new I was trying to get out there and back QUICKLY so I didnt miss too much work but I missed the whole day anyways bc even after I sent 20 pictures of my trade-in they backed out of the deal on Halloween...unbelievable WASTE OF TIME!!

Do not trust this company! I suggests you go to other car dealership to buy your car. This company is not trustworthy! Its all about money with them and misleading people. They sell cars with so many problems that you will later on discover after purchasing it. Their sales representatives were very nice in the beginning but after you purchased the car and found out about the problems which they did not disclose to you, they would turn into an assholes and would not listening to the trouble you were having with the car you recently purchased with them. The sales representative named "Lucky" is one of the worst sales person I have encountered in my life. He is very rude and no manners. He is a big liar with no work etiquette.

I loved the service I got here. Their was no pressure on buying a car and Dany was honest with me, which is hard to find when youre buying a car. I do recommend this place. I did buy a car, I took it for another inspection that I payed out of pocket to another dealer and the mechanic that did the inspection said "I would buy this car if it was offered to me" this mecanic and know where it came from which was 50 miles of distance in between both dealers. Im really happy with my car, its supper clean inside and out! They dont sell junk there!
