The employees arent helpful and they have attitude. I can go on about what happened but thats not the point. They should be glad to check for products in the back and should be more helpful instead just pointing me in a direction then walking away. Dont work there if you dont want be helpful and share your knowledge. Leave the attitude at the door otherwise youre going to get bad reviews for a company youre representing.

They have everything you need at a good price, and the girls all have a decent working knowledge of a lot of products. However, if you know so little about hair care that you dont understand the difference between ten volume and twenty, you really have no business messing with these products. Either learn how to google, or go to a salon. Dont throw a tantrum about Sallys.

Not even worth a star. I went it to buy hair toner. & I asked Jackie the gal working there which volume is better 10 or 20. & she replied with well if you check the box it says 20. OK Im going into your store to ask for help not to get bitched at or made to feel dumb. I will be calling corporate and I will never shop at this Sallys again. And mind you I spent 50 bucks.

Employees were not helpful at all. Bought the wrong product. The girl that rang me up who I had originally asked for helping finding it didnt even bother to tell me I was buying the wrong thing. Now I get to spend even more money on the correct thing.
