I dont actually live in the area but the I needed a product one day and it was the closest one nearby. My customer service experience there was so great that now if I have any beauty needs and Im in the area, I will stop there. Ive been to quite a few beauty supplies in urban areas because they tend to have more products for afro/kinky/coiled hair. Often times the customer service is subpar. That is not the case here. The owners are very kind and informative. The prices are competitive and there are other things close by if you want to get a few errands done at once. They open at 10am everyday except for on Saturday, they open 9:30am.

The Asian owner kicked my Hispanic Mother out of the store for not speaking fluent English, when he himself had an accent. I am enraged that my Mother had to experience such a horrible act of discrimination in this day in age. I will not stay quiet about this and I will not stand for such behavior.
