I have been going to this store for a long time and loved the customer service until I met the manager Nancy. The worst customer service I ever had. I made a purchase and when the cashier gave me the change I asked her to break it and give me singles. She was going to to do so until the manager told her not to do so since she had already closed the register and was not allowed to open it again. I am more than aware that she or the manager herself could Open the register and for some reasons she didnt. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for that. Racist and unprofessional customer service from the manager. She should be fired!!!

Absolutely the best sallys I been too. Since i am not an expert on hair I always have a gazillion questions, the girl with the long black hair she is amazing! Helped me out with the issue of my orange looking hair and gave me options, I bought the products she recommended, did the procedures she instructed and came out amazing! Y husband loved it! Ive never had such a great experience out of all the times Ive gone to sallys. Go to this sallys!
