A factory outlet with amazing prices is not the only thing that could be said about this store. When you think of customer service the first thing you should think about is Five Ten. I have been recently coming here for about 3 months since I discovered they were within a decent driving distance from the valley, and by decent I mean about an hour and half. There are reasons I drive all the way out on a weekday to this location. One reason is that I can find my rock climbing shoe size at this place and have a comfortable time with the choices I make. Another reason and the most crucial one is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. There has not been a moment I walked into that store and had an upsetting experience within the walls of Five Ten. If you have not been to this location I encourage you, no, I welcome you to walk in and see what they have to offer. Among great products are the people with great character who show what their company is all about. The Brand of the Brave is the same Brand that has your Back. Cheers to the ladies and gentlemen of Five Ten.

日本ではクライミングシューズで有名なブランドのアウトレットです｡日米の価格差もありアウトレットなので安くなっています｡48ドルの特価品もありますがものすごく小さいサイズか､大きいサイズしか無いので日本人の女性には小さいサイズで掘り出し物があるかもしれません｡　LAから車で1時間半くらいかかるのでなかなか行きづらいですが､デザートヒルズのアウトレットへの道中にあります｡デザートヒルズのアウトレットから30分くらいなので行きか帰りに寄るのは回り道にもならないので良いと思います｡

Five Ten skate shoes are Amazingly sticky but the soles only lasted three months without foot-braking on my longboard with Vicious clear griptape and clear is the least-abrasive version. "eeey... should last longer!!!" :)

Great knowledgeable staff. Great prices and huge selection. Everything from approach to climbing to skating. Clothes, hats, gear. Can get open box shoes for half price. Loved it.
