I went in to look at a new shoes for the gym. The selection--too much to decide--was warmly presented to me by the young guy representative. A slender kid, maybe 22 y/o, and an avid runner he told me. He asked me a number of questions about working out, running, etc., to get an idea what I would want would have enough support, ventilation and other considerations I had not thought of. He asked about injuries, and what shoes I had previously. I was holding a $100 shoe, and then he asked me to try something else. It fit, very well, and after trying it on he mentioned the price was only $60. Three months later I wish I could remember his name to say thank you.

been coming here for years never had a problem until today thanks to victor know your return and exchange policy and stand by it instead of giving customers a hard time . i was unsatisfied with a product so i wanted a upgrade simple no money back if anything i spent more money had my receipt and was well within 5 days of original purchase. next time dont repeat you loose money with returns you loose more money loosing customers .

I grew up in the Big 5 Sporting Goods - San Diego, and these guys have had great service since the store was further up the block. Recently visited them for some shin guards, and the gentleman at the counter was really friendly and knowledgeable. Great soccer place!! Thanks guys!

Management was so very rude,treating me like a homeless thief ,in reality i was a paying customer with a couple hundred dollars in my wallet.oh well there are other good sporting good stores with proper customer service

This is the only place where I can buy good hiking boots at a reasonable price. The service received was very nice too and they made me feel welcomed. You can always find the best offers in Sunday’s newspaper

Decent selection at an ok price most of the time. Just got my son a boogie board for $15. Mid grade sporting goods at mid grade prices. Look here before Sports Authority.
