Just left this location - I came in excited that there was a lenscrafters close to home - I went in because I could not get my left contact out - I have worn contacts before and was just having a bit of trouble with this new kind of contacts Lenscrafters (Mission Viejo) suggested I try. After waiting 10 minutes - the manager told me she spoke to the OD, (Connie Tsai) who was only willing to help me if I paid for an eye exam. She wouldnt even come out and speak to me and hid back in her office. I refused, went home and watched a YouTube video and got the contact out in about a minute. I definately will not be going back. What a shame since I will order my contacts to wear the rest of my life somewhere else. You can reply back that the OD could be at risk or whatever but the fact is I was not treated with respect or empathy for the situation.

My first experience with needing glasses. The staff was beyond amazing and had great customer service. I was early to my appointment, which was at their opening time. They unlocked the doors early so my son and I didnt have to wait outside in the hot sun. The whole experience was very pleasant. Every employee, including Dr. Connie Tsai, was on point with their customer service. When I came out from my exam, they had several glasses all picked out for me and ready for me to try on. After deciding on the pair I liked, they were ready in two days. Returned today to pick them up. Even though the front employees were different from my first time there, the great customer service was still on point and appears to be consistent.

Not happy with the service I received today. Came in for an eye exam and ended up with possible contact lenses. Paid 99.00 for a contact lens package. After the doctor tried a multi focal lens and it not working I decided it would be best to stay in glasses. I had already paid the 99.00 fee and asked to have a refund. I would of even been happy with a credit towards glasses and the doctor refused. So I walked out paying 99.00 for nothing. I was always recommending them. After today and their lack of good customer service I will never be back or let my family and friends use them. Shame on you Lenscrafters for bad customer service.

Terrible service, I cancelled my eye glass order because they lost lost my frames I picked they paid me back my initial out of pocket money but the still kept the money my insurance paid out to them. So I couldnt get glasses elsewhere. I had to call the VSP to reach out to Lenscrafters to they could refund the insurance company. Total rip off and un-organized office. Its such a pain to pick out frames and how dare they loose them after they were paid for. Never going back there.

I was glad that there was a location near my house...but when I arrived for my appointment (I had no idea that my vision insurance had changed) and the clerk could barely give me the time of day. He just told me I had a discount only without discussing other discounts-AARP, AAA, etc. He acted like he had to be somewhere-even though I had an appt. I will never return to that store!

Store was empty, wouldnt take walk in service for eye exam. Two employees present, not a customer in sight. We drove to mv mall for walk in service.

I got a same day appt within 2 hours of calling. Staff was super nice and informative. Would recommend going there.
