We placed an order for two pairs of glasses, one for my husband and one for myself. We went with this store location because of the highly rated reviews on yelp, even though it is located 45 minutes from our home. The ordering process, while taking longer than necessary, was mostly uneventful. About a week and a half later, my husband gets a call that his glasses are ready on a Wednesday. On that Saturday, we drive the 45 minutes to the store. I run in to pick up our glasses and I was told they would be right with me and to have a seat. I did as instructed, and watched as 4 other customers came in after me and were all helped before me. Four different people say they will be right with me at different times. Finally, someone comes over and says that they do not have either of our glasses. I explain that my husband received a call saying his were ready. They cannot find any order for mine and cannot give me any sort of ETA for when mine will be ready. They make me wait even longer and tell me that my husband picked his glasses up 3 days prior. I explained that he did not, that he was waiting in the car with my children and had driven with me for 45 minutes to pick up his glasses. He most certainly did not pick them up already. The on-duty manager kept disagreeing with me and I was told if I wanted to wait a few hours, a general manager would be in the store and could talk to me. At NO TIME was I ever told they could order more glasses for my husband, and I was not offered any apology for them giving my husbands prescription sunglasses away to someone else. I told them to cancel our orders and we would go elsewhere. I called the corporate line for Lenscrafters. The representative was very kind and apologetic but also offered me ZERO solutions, other than to tell me to go back into the store to have my portion of the glasses payment refunded. I go back into the store and stand at the register for a minute or two, while being ignored by the only person on the sales floor, who was with another customer at the time. I just needed a refund. The woman told me to sit down at a table once again and she would help me later. I told her fat chance, that I had no intention of sitting at a table once again to be ignored. There were at least 4 other employees there who could have helped me, who I heard chatting in the back of the store. Only after I walked to the back and asked an optometrist to help me with my refund, did the woman on the sales floor feel it was necessary to stop making me wait after the deplorable service and gave me a refund. The level of service in this store is deplorable and completely devoid of any management. Not only will you waste your time, you might never receive your glasses and then be called a liar by the staff when they give away your glasses to someone else! My guess is: One of the staff members thought they would either give away or sell my husbands Oakley sunglasses, not realizing they were prescription! Thats the only way I could imagine they would magically be given away to another customer without them noticing that they cannot focus through them and be returning them to the store.

Weve had the most horrible experience with LensCrafters in Victoria Gardens. My husband and I went there to order a pair of glasses for him to replace his broken eye glasses. After a long wait, we got to order the glasses and they said they will get them " in two weeks, but most likely it will arrive in less than 10 days"! We waited for two weeks and yet we did not hear anything from them. I called them a few times to find out that for some reasons, they have LOST our package and they need to make a NEW ORDER!! they said it will take ANOTHER week for them to receive the new pair of glasses. Since we were moving out of town, I asked them to ship the glasses to my new address. They said they will. Another 10 days passed by without hearing back from them. I called them again to see whats going on. It took me a few days to finally get an answer.They put me on hold several times with different excuses like their lab is busy or closed, theyre with other patients etc. They got my number a few times saying that they will definitely call me back and they never called back! After all this, I received the package on day 26th! just to find a frame with a HUGE VISIBLE SCRATCH on it! I had to call them AGAIN to see what should I do with this defective eyeglass frame. This time I got to talk to Marchon. He was the only understanding and helpful person that I talked to in this entire store! He put a new order for the frame and told me that in about one week, I can take the defective frame to get it replaced with the new one. I asked him to talk to the manager and let her know how unhappy we are with the service and experience that we had at their store. The manager never even tried to talk to us! she sent us a message that " they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the scratch on the frame"! Apparently, they are only responsible to get the money out of their customers pocket and nothing more than that! She did not even have the courtesy to offer us a minimal discount or at least an apology for all the troubles and the LOOOONG WAIT. We are greatly DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED!

We went in last Saturday to this location after previously having ordered glasses here. Our crazy pug chewed up my partners quite expensive glasses and we needed to replace them ASAP. We were helped by a wonderful associate by the name of Nicolette, who sympathized with the loss of the Chanel glasses. She brought out a pair of frames that she thought my partner would like better than the pair shed initially chosen and bam! the hassle of frame shopping was done! The order was placed and we were told to return in an hour. All around great/prompt service.

Went to this store around 12:00. They told me it will be ready by 2 or 3 pm. Went to the store around 3:30 pm to pick up. Im standing there for person to come help me. I am standing there for almost an hour. Not even "we will be right with you" and employee saw me standing there for now few times. And I am still waiting. Its 4:21.
