Not so crazy about the rude uninterested salespeople at Ontario. Ordered an expensive pair of Chanel frames but wasnt called when they came in 10 days later. I called them twice after 2 weeks and was told they werent in yet. Finally went down to store and they located them. Someone had written my number was wrong, when in fact it was correct. Then a bored salesgirl who obviously hated her job literally sheared one of the pearls off the frame when she was heating the frame to shape it. I pointed it out but she didnt even apologize. She got huffy and reordered the frame on paper. Still no apology or explanation. Later, I contacted the store manager, Patrick, who faked some interest and listened to my concerns. That was over another 10 days ago. Still waiting for my new frames. In the meanwhile, I have been wearing the broken frames I originally received. Just called there and some rude girl named "Allie" acted like I was bothering her for asking and slammed the phone on the counter. Lencrafters? Never again.

Rule#1 better train your sales people. Rule#2 do not allow your sick employees to come to work Rule#3 do not have your customer wait for almost an hour when you have stuff walking around doing nothing Rule#4 do not insult your customers intelligence, otherwise its reflecting directly upon yourselves. Rule#5 do not disrespect your customers like your staff did otherwise you will receive reviews as such Summary: this is by far, the worst lenscrafters I have ever been in.

I walked in for an eye exam since I was in desperate need of new glasses...got seen right away....exam was very thorough & doctor was great...the tall, young, Hispanic lady who helped me was friendly & helped me choose the perfect frames...they have good promotions on their glasses & they also take AutoClub...overall great experience...highly recommended! I even made an appt for my husband :)

I had a great experience at the Lenscrafters in Ontario Mills. I broke my glasses and needed new ones ASAP, so I called Lenscrafters... and the doctor was able to see me the same day! Dr. Kim was awesome and very knowledgeable. The girl that helped me with the glasses was very nice and helpful as well. Luckily they had my lenses, so I was able to get my glasses in an hour.

Second time coming here and never in my life will I go back to this place. Ive been waiting for a month and 2 weeks for my contacts. Everytime I call they tell me that theyre still wating. Dont take it serious. I payed 80 dollars for nothing. Very disappointed!!!
