I was only going here because they had a few items that I needed that no one else had. When I went to check out, no registers were open but about 8 employees were just standing around and talking right by them. When they finally opened a register for me the put out a sign saying that register was closed even though there are about ten more customers in line behind me. When other customers would ask the employees that were just standing around talking to open a register for them they would direct them to the cashier I was but she would not help them because she said that her line was closed. When I left there was still a line full of customers that were not being helped. This was in the middle of the day so it isnt like they were about to be closed or had just opened. I would not recommend going to the store if this is the kind of service that they provide. If this isnt their normal kind of service then I strongly suggest the manager or owner have a talk with the people who are working at noon on December 22nd 2016 because it seemed like they were getting paid to just stand around and ignore customers.

I prefer to shop at Michaels for craft supplies but will check Hobby Lobby occasionally for more options. I rarely buy. Today, I was looking for something specific and asked an employee about it. She said she could not order it but told me to write to the corporate office. It seemed a bit absurd since they had the product, but it had to be bought with other color varieties I did not want. They have cute décor/furniture items but they all come with Prop 65 warnings which tells me the items are cheap and overpriced. The lines are always long, with idle employees just standing around when they could open another checkout lane.

Wonderful store for crafty people...sad to see the haters getting their pants in a wad over the SCOTUS decision. This company pays a minimum wage of $14 to its FT employees & $9.50 to PT...if they want birth control, get a prescription and buy it. The have a right not to cover whatever they want...its called a package. Dont like the package...opt out and get your own. Dont like that option, quit...plenty of people lookin for work would love to work there. BTW...they DO in fact cover 16 out of 20 brands of birth control!

This is one great store. They have wonderful collections of home decor. I absolutely love the way they rotate the discounts. If its not on sale you can still get 40% off with thier weekly coupon. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond at least 3 times exceeding my already high expectations. Props to the Custom Framing department. Ginger and Cort are great and knowledgable at what they do.

LOOOOOOOVVVVVEEE THIS STORE!!!! discovered this AMAZING store in my travels to the mid west and always wished there was one in so-cal and now there is one!!! :D they have everything!!!.... even the stuff you wouldnt think of!!!! better selection... best prices!!! best place to OD on crafting awesomeness!!!! LOL!

I love Hobby Lobby! Most of the employees are very helpful however, at this location there is a gal in the jewelry section that acts like she is BOTHERED if you ask her a question. If they are out of stock on the floor she says she hasnt got permission to go in the back and restock the shelves. So irritating!

Great selection of merchandise at this location, it is just shy of the 5 star mark because although the employees are helpful, they are really hard to find in this large store, which makes it nearly impossible to be in and out of here in a short time when looking for something specific.

Love this store! There is so many options and colors and styles and most things are 50% off and if theyre not 50% off this week they will be next week. This is great for people that have to shop on a budget. Customer service is great. Probably one of my favorite stores of all time.

I have only been in the store once, didnt find what I wanted. But I did find out that this company refuses--although court ordered--to pay for employees birth control through their medical insurance. Who needs them? Michaels will continue to be my craft store of choice!

I love Hobby Lobby! Ive been to this one several times and the employees are all so nice. I absolutely love the selection! They always have great sales going on. Some of their prices can be meh, but just have to wait for those sales. So overall a very experience!

Hobby Lobby is one of my happy places! They have a variety of crafting, sewing, and decorating items. The staff here are always willing to help you find something or answer a question. I have found Heather particularly helpful and friendly.

I really think this place is a one stop for any crafter. They carry stuff for decorating your home to upholstery for do it yourselfers. You can spend hours in this place finding new hobbys.
