Manager of this store , her name Michelle was very rude and unprofessional behavior. She claimed that there is no stacking of any coupons whatsoever, we explained that the store has allowed me to get my senior discount with anything including all 50%off on regular price items, Michelle the manager of foothills ranch store belittled me in front of numerous customers saying if you cant afford the cost dont buy it , I again asked for my discount and was denied due Manager at the checkout register. Believe that I am not going to shop there ever again !

Called to look for an item in store, seeing as three other locations were out of stock. Maybe Ill buy it online or maybe Ill forget about Michaels all together. Telling a potential customer that they arent speaking English then hanging up is rude. I dont care if there are a lot of foreigners in this country, I grew up here as well as my family. Not my fault if you dont know what a "planner" is or the words "budget."

Honestly, the cleanest store I have ever seen. They make sure to call more people up the moment the line gets long and the staff is incredibly helpful :) My favorite Michaels by far!
