horrible customer service, i cant even give it a rating, the manager Laurie wouldnt let me put an item on hold, even thou their system was down for a few hours, and she wouldnt give me the name to the district manager, she told me to contact 800-MICHAEL. I will never go back there again.

Decent, theyve got an okay yarn selection for a Michaels, but not many hooks or knitting needles. Didnt see any Tunisian hooks. There is a pretty good baking section. The coupon policy isnt as good as JoAnns, you can only use one per transaction.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the store manager is TOTALLY rude, very unfriendly and makes me want to find a different Michaels. Michaels corporate would do themselves and Upland customers a big service if they terminate him immediately.

I like it. I have found what I was looking for every time Ive gone. There is no one on the floor though. At least it seems like it. From the times Ive gone, not once have I bumped into someone who works there except at the cash register.

This Michaels store sucks. Horrible customer service. Nobody is ever on the floor and IF there was and you ask questions, they point to a direction, and they dont even walk you there.
