I found the staff to be very unpleasant unhelpful and unprofessional unfortunately my experience with Michaels was a total one star I wont be going back to this Michaels the manager seemed to have a major chip on her shoulder and all of her employees also head very low morale. The stores manager was very loud yelling aggressive demeanor towards her customers and her staff. She didnt have her badge on she had red hair and she was a bigger middle aged Caucasian woman . She had no interest in helping me whatsoever. After standing in line for the drawing book I was there to purchase the teller notifies me that the book was false advertised and is not on sale Not only was this book in the wrong section it was marked three times under its price aftershopping in that one isle for 15 minutes contimplating what to buy then I stood in line they did not apologize they did not take responsibility and they did not offer me any compensation she attempted to argued with me and told me that this was an expensive store , like I said I wont be back.

I went to purchase an explore machine. I showed them Joanns add where it was at a lower price. But the manager who was going to lunch told the cashier that the add was expired. I told him it was not and tried to explain but he made me feel so embarrassed in front of the other customers. I went home and called JoAnns since I started to second guess myself. The manager explained just as I was trying to tell the Michaels manager that the date that was expired was for pages 2-3 only not the entire add. So I went back to get my money back and go to Joanns to purchase at the lower price. The manager in charge while the other one was at lunch listened,took one look at the add and told me I was correct. He offered me my money back or the difference. I told him that I would take the difference since that was all I wanted. I dont feel I should have been treated the way I was. I do not think I will go back to that store. I will stay with Joanns.

I enjoy shopping there, they have a nice variety and good prices, but the reason I gave it 3 stars is the service. I called with a question about stock on an item and was on hold over 10 minutes waiting for them to connect me with someone to help me. I hung up and called back. I was out on hold for almost 6 minutes before I gave up. I dont want to make a 20 minute drive only to find out that they are out of what I need, but theres no way of knowing. So, shop in person and dont bother to call them.

Very disorganized, as their aisles have nothing to tell you what is present in that section. Pricing was mislabeled on several products that I was hoping to purchase. The employees were friendly. Given that there are not many other options for art supply stores, I would still come back.

I came here and the store seemed it was in a huge clutter. it was difficult to find where the poster board was without asking. the customer service that day was not too enthusiastic and bland
