This is a great bike shop, but not at all like most others. The owner is an absolute excellent "wrench" as they say. He has often fixed issues on my various bikes while I wait. He does speak his mind for sure, and is not overly delicate in doing so. But he is always entertaining. I recently had brake problems which had been chronic on the bike (purchased elsewhere). The shop communicated with the manufacturer about the chronic problems. The manufacturer ended up sending a completely new brake set. The shop charged me a totally fair price to put them on. That kind of service makes me wish that I had bought more stuff there to support this shop. This is where I now go for all service. Also, they play really great eclectic music there, and have a totally cool shop dog too.

Needed to get a flat tire fixed. Just dropped in on a Sunday Afternoon. "When do you need it? the owner asked. "As soon as possible," I replied. "I wonder why?" he asked. "Because my dog needs to run with me as I ride my bike, and she is an athlete. She is missing her training." " Cant work on it now, and you cant wait. Im busy with something else now. Would 6pm OK? Come back at 6pm and if it is not done, Ill stay stay late." I was delighted to get my bike back on the road so soon. He did a great job. I was impressed that he stayed late to get the job done for me.

I stopped in here because it is near my apartment and the service was great. I needed my front brake put on correctly for a cheap bike that I purchased elsewhere and they immediately started working on it, they gave me a price to put the font brake on and ended up checking just about everything else on the bike; re-adjusted the handlebars, back brake and checked to make sure everything was tight and built correctly for no extra charge, the dudes there were really chill, and very knowledgeable.

ARRGH! The guy running the shop gives me NO END of head-aches. This is the second damn time Ive asked for a specific type of tube, explained it VERY CAREFULLY, and he gets me the wrong one. He treats his customers like garbage and I hate it! Other than that, the store is OK, and the owner can be nice at times. Its a real hit and miss place, he needs to improve his attitude with customers and actually PUT EFFORT into getting what they ask for...

Eric knows everything about cycling. If you have a great bike, take it here. Repairs are quick, prices are reasonable, and he takes special care of bikes that you purchase from him. I took in my Specialized that had a mirad of problems and he got it working like new. Plus his shop dog is super cool.

This place is close to my house, and Ive stopped by a few times just to pick up an inner tube, or small bike accessories. Every time Ive gone in there the owner/worker has been really rude, makes me feel bad for entering the store, and is totally unhelpful. Never going here again.

I have had my road bike and my sons mountain bike worked on here. The prices are very fair and I allways learn something new when I come in. This is a great local bike shop. Staff is laid back and informative.

I had my Specialized frame replaced under warranty. I did not buy the bicycle at this store, but the guy was very helpful, and contacted the sales rep and the manufacturer, and had it replaced in a few days.

I bought a groupon for a tune-up and I am absolutely certain nothing was done to my bike. If you bought one of these better ask for a refund from Groupon!
