My family and I had a horrifying experience at this location. While we where ordering meat at the deli a customer accused my family of taking her wallet!!! EXCUSE ME?! we where racially profiled, no doubt about it. She made a big stink and was taking photos of us while we continued to shop for what we came for. The whole while Sprouts workers where following us continually asking if we "needed any help". We made it to check out, at this point I am livid, I see the police. I walk up to the officer and let it be known that we are the individuals she is accusing. He took our IDs and we cooperated, my 6 year old at this point is in tears. This freaking place is a joke! the manager could have stepped in and diffused the situation!! I mean check the security footage and leave us the hell alone!!!! racism at its finest. Sprouts lost good customers, and believe me I will be spreading the word and take action against this woman as well as Sprouts.

Really nice store, good selection. Docking a star for chicken quality. Their chicken is really well priced, but everytime I buy it, it smells and tastes like it was about to turn, so I throw it out. And the produce is starting to look a little tired. Deli is amazing. Bread selection is amazing. Vitamin selection is amazing. Dairy is pretty good, appreciate the selection of Noosa yoghurt. Bulk section has a huge variety. Lines can be a little long. Do yourself a favor and exit out the back to avoid that choke point between them and orange theory.

On my way to Trader Joes and was pleasantly surprised to see a new grocery store had "sprouted" in Pinole! Never heard of the chain, but was intrigued enough to visit the next day. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was how bright and clean the store is. I walked up every aisle and was very impressed with the number of organic items I found. I usually shop at Whole Foods and the price differences for some of the same products were astounding. From now on, Ill shop Sprouts FIRST then find my specialty items elsewhere. Im a fan!!

I just started shopping at this location for about a month now. I really like this super market! Two weeks ago I was looking through the monthly add with coupons. I couldnt find Veggie-Gos, so I asked Rosie. She made the time to look and ask if they had it. They didnt at the time. The next week when I went back, Rosie recognized me and told me that they had them in. Showed me what aisle it was in. Great customer service! You got a customer for life now. Great job Rosie, friendly, helpful and awesome customer service!

Great selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff. I prefer to shop here most times. The only reason I would shop elsewhere would be to buy major name brands that arent typically carried at a health foods store. However, it still gets 5 stars because Im not going to take away stars for venturing outside their business model just to appease junk food enthusiasts.

Its a nice market to shop in. Very California. Plenty of organic, chichi raw milk, pasture butter, gluten free stuff. If thats your thing, you will probably eat this place up. :-)
