Such rude staff, and mediocre merchandise. Also, the firearms clerk is a real jack@$$. Sold me a faulty shotgun, it jammed up on me despite the care and maintenance I gave it, and my team almost had to forfeit the skeet shooting tournament. Fortunately I knew a good gun smith who helped fix the problem, but even he said that these people should be ashamed of themselves for selling such shoddy merchandise. They were very rude to me when I complained about the incident, refused to do anything about it, despite the fact it was their fault for selling me a faulty shotgun. Its hard enough to get a firearm in this stupid state of CA, but these people make it worse. The store is poorly organized, and Im tired of the deficient, lazy, rude cashiers who chat with each other about weekend plans instead of helping customers.

Purchased a $400 firearm and when it rang up at $10 more then the advertised price I made mention and the associate couldnt be bothered to reach over and check their ad. At the same time I asked the store manager if they had any 100 lb. heavy bags in stock he replied, "Im too busy". After I walked out I was sorry that I didnt cancel the gun purchase. Too bad that people cant even cover the basics of good business practice. Going to give my future business to Dicks.

Called early in the morning to confirm that i would be able to pick up a firearm thatbi purchased 10 days ago, the gentleman that u spoke with said he would be here to release it until 8pm. Came and unable to pick up because there is no one that is certified to release the rifle. Really big inconvenience.

I went in looking for soccer cleats for my 4 year old. I was surprised to find that the buying experience was so easy. I went in talked to a guy named Mike I think he was the store manager because everyone kept asking him questions. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. Quick and easy.

the worst restaruant . Bad customer service and not organize . i kept calling them to let them know i had a 100 dollar bill and never answer . the driver arrived and did not had change he wanted to take the 100 dollar bill and come back. Worst customer service !!!

My family spent 30 minutes in this store waiting for assistance in the footwear Dept. and never received assistance. We cancelled our purchase of about $150. The staff needs to be trained in customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Reasonably priced, better than Dicks sports goods 5 mins away. Not a big store, but they usually have what I want. They stock according to season and what kids are playing in the area. Parking may be a pain if the place gets crowded.

Parking is a bit tricky but the employees cant do much about location, but the store employees are helpful and they carry a good amount of inventory. Ive always found whatever ive been looking to buy when ive dropped in.
