Unfortunately, Im "Very Disappointed" as usual with the continously "Poor Service" in the deli. People working behind the counter are not Warm, Friendly and Courteous. Boars Head cold cuts are expensive, but I dont mind paying the price for premium quality deli meats and cheeses. Despite Boars Heads superior quality products, I know for a fact that "Superior Quality Service" is the name of their game and its something that they take extremely seriously. I know this first hand because I use to work hands on with Boars Heads products for a number of years in a high volume setting. I truly wish that I could buy my cold cuts elsewhere, but Boars Head is not available everywhere so I have to endure going to Ralphs to get it. The associates working behind the counter, with the exception of Eddie that works in store #611 on Ramon & Sunrise, "All" need to be retrained in the area of "Customer Service" in my opinion which should count for something since I am a former Lead Deli Trainer, Merchandiser, and Selling Event Specialist for the 3rd largest mover of Boars Head in the entire state of California. I just had to say my piece here because tonight I had yet another unpleasant experience at their deli and I left there feeling very displeased with the poor poor service. 0 stars for the deli at Ralphs. Particularly for the one on Sunrise and Ramon. Not something that I do lightly!!!! Im giving them 1 star only because they wouldnt let me post this unless I gave them at least one.

Pharmacy accepteed my out-of-state prescriptions from Fred meyer and prepared scripts within an hour. While there was treated very politely and got good discount with my Fred Meyer Rewards number. Pharmacy staff polite and efficient. Butcher directed me Checker and bagger very polite and efficient and greeted me and wished me well for holiday season.

No follow through... was told to call in and they would hold wine and and call me when they had 6 bottles, and played Hell trying to get anyone to even check for me, let alone hold the wine. I was cut off, placed on hold for ever, and just received non professional...no customer service.... so beware! Good intentions with no follow through.

The Ralphs on Sunrise is outstanding. The staff is outstanding. I just had an example of above the line service. I asked the help desk for an honest opinion of Kroger brand mayonnaise compared to Best Foods. The lovely lady said, "here, try a quart of the Kroger brand on us, and let us know what you think". Now thats SERVICE!

Good selection and quality items for the price, but I dont think the baggers get any training beyond "put stuff in bag". Id advise bagging your own order if you dont want squashed or contaminated food.

Skip this RALPHS and go to their "Flagship" store at the Smoketree shopping centre..approx +/- 1 mi up Sunrise @ hwy-111..worth the jaunt! ..no rif-raf panhandlers.. and a beautiful decor...MARCOPS

I shop here for the nice organic produce. Ginger is often on my list but the organic is dry today and the regular is dry and moldy. Yes, green mold. It should not be out on the shelf.
