after searching for a few pieces of clothing for about an hour i found few things i needed but gave the search for 1 pair of pants i mainly came there for because none of the sizes were in order. on the way out i decided to eat at the mcdonalds about 5-6 of there employees were also in there using foul language so i go out front to eat my burgers and theres litterally about fourty wall mart employees standing out front smoking, lounging and also using foul language, i couldnt beleive what i was seeing and hearing so by the time i was finished with my burgers i was so fed up i decided i was going to return the $89.94 worth of stuff that i didnt even get on to the blacktop out front but was refused and then i was pretty much surrounded by all of them after expressing my disatstisfaction, one of them actually yelled out "knock him out" then the manager stated that she hopes i dont have warrents when i told them to call the police, the security officer which happen to be the only one being professional(works for diff company) seemed to be the only one not smiling like this was some kind of joke.......I did have a traffic ticket that i hadnt payd so what could i do, If I had the time to put on this matter id seek legal actions on them but i dont so i promise i will never shop at wall mart again I cant believ a big company can hire such disrespectful lazy and rude people, my father was also there but left after me, when he got home and told me he had to check out $212 worth of grocerys on a SELF CHECK-OUT is about what we spend every 2 wks. there, my dad says hes really thinking about going back to smiths and vons after all these years because poor service as of late, but me, IM DONE.

I dont know where to start I wish I could say that I only had one issue here, but every time I stopped by I had had problems. Ill summarize a few. Once I had entered late at night. At leat a dozen workers smoking out front by the entrance as usual. professional right. Not one greeted or acknowledged me and I walked straight in. Went to shirts as I needed a shirt for work. There was an employee just staring at me folding shirts and I even asked her for help. Nothing.... Maybe fifteen minutes later a manger came over and says were closed. Weve been closed for over an hour. I couldnt believe it. He couldnt explain why there was nothing posted why nobody warned. Nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. Another time after over 40 minutes of waiting at the fish area I had to get my own fish. I asked and heard it paged at least three times. And to think I still paid for the damn things. Them whenever I return an item they dont even want a receipt they just offer a gift card. No wonder people steal. They just return to Walmart. One time I returned late at night and the coworkers were arguing over the faces on money and which way they point. They continued to argue while I waited. Pathetic. So lame. Dont ever find yourself needing help in this store. It may just be this store or employees but I have yet to have a great time here, although, ironically, my eye doctor is in a Walmart, not this one, but he is independent any way.

OMG !!!!! Every time we try to call this store to find out if they have something in stock they NEVER answer the phone...you are like on HOLD FOREVER and then some......and some more.......and DID I SAY SOME MORE AGAIN (WHAT A FREAKING JOKE) Seriously? Okay, so they finally answer the phone after NUMEROUS TRIED ATTEMPTS CALLING BACK OVER AND OVER LIKE 4 TIMES OR 5 in a time span of like 40 to 45 minutes they FINALLY answer and you tell them I need Electronics or the Pets Dept. or ANY DEPT. they say hold on......OMG then here we go again.....it rings and rings and rings and if you are LUCKY the department will answer....ha ha ha ha but most times it rings and rings and rings back to the operator or disconnects. Tell ya what......this store is pretty pretty horrible and we WONT BE GOING BACK. Not to MENTION THE LINES ARE LIKE ALWAYS LONG with ONLY 1 or 2 cashiers tending the front end OMG This store should be on like some COMEDY SHOW! Title OF SHOW SHOULD BE Called ~ PATIENCE with WEIRDOS on the Side! WITH ALL OF THE MONEY WAL MART TAKES IN YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO MAN THE STORES AND ALSO HAVE THINGS IN STOCK!!!!!!! BUT NOT ~ Therefore we will decline on shopping at this store in the future. Their is always Target, K Mart, Smiths, and Trader Joes! No more Wal Mart :poop:

This store is crappy! It never has anything that you want. It always a mess, cant find anyone that knows anything, its dirty and time for a change in management. I dont know where management is but they are NOT doing their job. I have had a actual screaming match with a cashier that was so rude and nasty, she didnt even have the manors or decency to acknowledge that I was in line, checking me out and never spoke to me once until she asked if I was going to pay. I looked at her like she was nuts and she started to mouth off and away we went.. I go out of my way by miles just so I dont have to shop in this disgusting store. I went into the dressing room not long ago and it was filthy. The floors looked like they hadnt been wash in years. Said something to the lady tending to the changing area and she told me that washing the floors was not her job. I went to the "manager" (after waiting for 1/2 hour) and said the same to her and she told me she was sorry, asked if that was all, turned her back and walked away leaving me standing like an idiot. I use it for a "quick" stop place only and not to actually do much shopping there. I go to Fort Apache & Tropicana or Arroyo Shopping center at 215 and Rainbow. People are nicer, store is clean and both locations have a better selection.

Absolutely the worst place. There is this mentally disturbed security person in the mall parking lot. (I dont know if he works for the mall or Walmart.) Ive been to this Walmart a few times, and I sometimes make phone calls or read texts in the car before I go into the store. Every time, this moronic security guard in a pickup truck harasses me. So bizarre. If Im in the car talking on the phone, this psychopath security guard shows up and just stays in my cars vicinity. Sometimes behind my car, or sometimes in front pointing his headlight toward me. Think about how bizarre is this. I am not sure if his intention is to intimidate me in some way (for some unfathomable reason) or something else... I dont know. But, he just hovers around my car, at some distance. Sometimes for minutes. I mean, how creepy is that? (btw, how long does it take to make a phone call? Im not in the car for very long, just talking on the phone or otherwise minding my own business. but, every time, this moron shows up from nowhere and harasses me.) I dont know if you have seen some of those comedy movies, where these mentally challenged mall security guards cause troubles. Im not kidding. This person clearly has some mental illness. Avoid this Walmart like a plague, for your own safety.
