Every since i moved back here i loved going to this store when the old management was there (5 years) ---Gina. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER!! She was very friendly to everyone especially to children ,and all of her customers. And prices werent outrageous. Fair and respectful. You can always find what you needed. My daughter and i loved going there. Now since New management Beverley the new lady. She prices everything higher , and lacks good people customer skills , she is very Rude to customers. Her other employees are too as well. A few complaints of her skills she told my 16 month son "None of that today." He just was excited and he yelled like he does riding in a cart. He wasnt hurting anyone. My daughter was trying to entertain him with a hat she told her "no put it back." In a rude manner . She always suspects people of stealing! Like my family when i never gave her a reason !!! just because i come in with a stroller which my son is in. I ended up putting back i wanted on the racks and walking out ! Beverley is Rude unprofessional! !! I will not go in there again, Gina NEEDS TO RETURN !!!!!!!!!!!

Walked in 15 minutes before closing hoping to find a couple pairs of decent black dress pants. After finding none I asked the owner at the register if there were any I might of missed honestly expecting to get a frustrated response void of help (Mind you 10 other customers were browsing around the store she was trying to close by herself). Instead she stopped what she was doing with a smile and after looking herself asked if i minded leaving her my number so she could look in the back the next day when she had an employee to assist with customers. The next day I get a call and received 3 surprisingly nice pairs of slacks in my measurements at a great price. Everyone should at least browse there once because you never know what you might find.

So we had our eye on an old Retro Magnavox Sterophonic. We had seen some at auctions, other thrift stores and Craigslist. None being as good as the condition as this one. Others were beat up, water stained, blown speakers, didnt work, way too big or two expensive for the condition of it. The sweet lady who runs the store was very nice and gave us a good deal. We just love it. She has a lot of good items at good prices, nice clean store easy to get too downtown Caldwell. We highly recommend you visiting this thrift store.

I have donated to this store many, many times and I will never, ever again, unfortunately. The Cruella Deville witch behind the counter is just too much and doesnt care how she treats the customers. The old store was much better and I am sorry it has changed! She even said it was fine I didnt want to donate again because how we were treated....seems I am not alone and this is how it is run now. So sad.

Just discovered this lovely place yesterday while walking around Caldwell! This is a GREAT thrift store. It is open, neat, and organized beautifully. They have entire sets of vintage dishes versus other stores that have only a few pieces. The woman at the counter was very nice and this store benefits animals in need which is a major pro! Cant wait to go back here and explore some more.

This store is great, the prices are amazing and it supports a great cause! I found great clothes, new and in like new condition. The suit coat I purchased for a mere $6 made me look great for a job interview and helped me land the job! I also scored a vintage 37 year old Timex watch for $3, I found the same watch online for $99. Check this store out!! -Frankie J
