Absolutely INCOMPETENT! Hand over Rx for PAIN meds to Pharmacist AFTER calling and asking that they ORDER my meds in for me - go to pick up and was told "oh someone came in, has cancer and needed them so I gave to them" (apparently Kmart Pharmacist are GOD and can determine WHICH CLIENT has a greater need for pain control) - so he promises to order another supply for me and for me to come back in 5 days; which my husband went to pick up and VOILA ... again - gave to "Emergency" person - yet Kmart has my RX for 6 days now and TWICE has ordered these meds in for me! How about WHEN you place a special order for a patient and you are holding the Rx - when the order comes in you write the patients name who is patiently waiting in DIRE PAIN on them and call them...so I could beat the other person who has NOT had to wait TWICE now.... and they get MY MEDS and I continue to SUFFER in excruciating pain!!!!!! THAT is not how Kmart Pharmacy should run - I will be moving ALL of my RXs to another pharmacy if this is the service they provide - worse yet, BOTH times the Pharmacy MANAGER was the one I dealt with - so I cant complain higher up - he is the BOSS and he finds this to be acceptable behavior. When questioned, "What condition do I suffer from and how does he "judge" who gets the strong pain meds" he could not answer but only state hell order twice the amt - so now TWO people can beat me to my meds that have been ordered for me now! I dont TRUST them and Kmart should remove the pharmacy from this location completely - BAD service, BAD customer consideration, Dont CARE if a customer suffers in pain needlessly due to HIS ERRORS and IGNORANCE 2x now! I will pick up the patches IF I ever get called that they are in (but then again, probably wont be able to MOVE or LEAVE the house and husband will have to pick up because at that point my therapeutic blood level will have plummeted so low and I will be SCREAMING IN PAIN)- but NEVER again will I EVER do business with Kmart - no wonder they have to offer the $25 per RX transferred to them - everyone does it ONCE with them and learn the PAINFUL way - what if this was CRITICAL heart meds. This is not First Come First Serve when you ORDER them in SPECIFICALLY for a customer whom you spoke with in person and PROMISED them that you would order for them (again) - and then AGAIN gave them to someone else!!!! Of the 13 years I have been on these meds, Kmart Rancho Drive has been the most UNRELIABLE pharmacy I have ever dealt with and I CANNOT trust my health to them - they will kill me in less than 6 mos with these service "standards" they abide by!

Horrible experience. I stopped in kmart to buy an air mattress. The old grumpy rude lady at the cashier was named Sue. She never smiled or said hello. She was so slow. I had one item to pay for and watched as the other cashiers helped multiple customers in the time it took her to ring up one small order. When it was my turn at the register she asked my my phone #. I told her "no thanks, I dont want to use it." I saw with the customer In front of me how slow she was and how long it took her to type the phone #. So I decided to skip this step. I just wanted to pay for my one item and leave. She gave me attitude because I wouldnt give her my phone . She was very unpleasant. I will never return to this store because of Sue. She was so grumpy and rude.

I hadnt been in the store for a while due to poor service and decided to try again aince they were having a "Summer Blowout" aka "Going out of Business " sale. Found a few things 40 - 50 $$ worth. I stood in line (the only open register) with two other people in front of me. After 20 minutes with no movement and no acknowledgement as to the delay, I left my basket and walked out...never again..lesson learned for the second time..Some business need to be closed and restructured K-Mart is one of them. Would have given 0 stars if I could have.

It was ok here. They had 1 black polo left that I was looking for. The guy behind the customer service desk didnt smile and would hardly carrier on a conversation with me. Watching him interact with others became very clear why but I dont like to think like that. I wont be returning to this store. I will order online and have it shipped instead.

Going to this store reminds me why I never go to Kmart. Its old, run down and everything is expensive. It took absolutely forever at checkout. Had to buy something and then promptly return it because they couldnt remove an item at the register. Remind me to not return.

This store has a ghetto clientele. You cant shop in here without witnessing some type of drama. People in here are just rude. (With the exception of a few employees). This place needs to be shut down , updated and revamped.

Kmart on rancho & rainbow, Closeout sale. I did not actually see anything that was less, it really seemed like the whole stock was more expensive,, still more expensive. Than Walmart

They had 49ers gier; short sleeve shirts, long sleeves, Sandoles mens and womens, hats adults and kids sizes, socks and boxers, slip on shoes for ladys and mens house slippers...

Large store, usually has good deals on home goods from linens to tools. First Kmart I ever saw selling major appliances! Competitive prices on a small selection of appliances.
