I have bought many sets of tires from this store and have always had good service and they stood behind their products. Well apparently this has changed now and I feel like i have been ripped off! The asst. manager (Cory??) would not replace my damaged michelin tires with 80% tread left on them even though they had cracked sidewalls and Discount tire recommended they be replaced. I have the diccount tire warranty certificates for the tires. He told me that the damage was caused by ozone and was not covered. What a joke! I ended up buying new tires and paying for them but was given a small proration for my old tires. As i stood in line to pick up my car, there was the asst manager telling a lady in line in front of me that " if you buy the warranty certificates , as long as the tires have tread on them we will cover them" . I told this manager, again that i had certificates and my tires have 80% tread left, why wont you cover them??? Again he said ozone caused my damage and that this was not covered. So he lied to the lady in fronyt of me and I called him on it. He simply walked away from me and I ended up paying when i dont believe I should have had to. I have been ripped off!

I went in to get my tire plugged and my rim happened to be cracked so the couldnt fix it. They said it was unsafe for them to put the tire back on so they put on the spare. I drove back home not noticing that they didnt put a lug nut back on the tire and the donut was flat. I was lucky that my tire didnt fall of when I was driving because all of the other lug nuts were loose too. A few months later I had to change another tire because I got a nail in it. I just so happened to be on the freeway and didnt have a jack or a tire iron because when they took the spare out they also took the jack and tire iron. Thanks for all the hassle discount tire. Moral of the story Discount Tire doesnt pay attention to details or care about the safety of its customers.

Dont go to this store!!! Had them order me two tires for my honda. Said it would be two or three days. Took almost two weeks!!!! When i went to have them put on they said they could only put the new ones on the back. They wanted to put the older ones on the front. He said it was for safety reasons. problem is it is a front drive truck. That is where your traction is. I told him this and he told me no. I told him i think I know better than you maybe you should look it up. Anyways his answer for the whole mess was to try to sell me 4 pos tires. I left and went down the street and got what I wanted!!!!

Visiting family in our RV. Had a nail in RV Tire and leak on rear tire of Dually. Nate told us come right in. Took an hour but he also corrected issues from the last tire store (Firestone in Montana). Put steel valve stems on 4 rear tires and aligned stems with outside wheels to make it easier to put air in. Super Customer Service so Im going to return after the holidays for 6 new tires. Thanks

I came in an hour to closing and they were still extremely helpful, unlike other tire places Ive been before. I came in fo have a flat repaired but they took the time to look at all of my tires and ask me about thier performance. Very friendly and the job was done in less then 30 minutes even though they were moderately busy. Best discount tire expierence Ive had!

Being from out of town, I found the nearest Discount Tire to fix the issue of my tires being really out of balance in losing a wheel weight. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Darrell at the Rancho store was second to none! Outstanding customer experience. Thanks Darrell for the awesome work!

Called for a quote from our repair shop. When I drove both vehicles over there the price went up by over $100 per set. The kid was very rude and unprofessional. Went to the one on Maryland Pkwy and they gave me a way better deal. This used to be a good tire shop but their newer employees are terrible.

Best customer service! This place is awesome! I had a chip off my tire and one of their techs "Chris" which I had the pleasure of meeting. Came out checked the tire. There was no need for a new tire! He then checked all tires and all was good. He even added air. Thanks for the help!

Very satisfied with the staff attitude and service. Tires I needed had to be special ordered. Three days later got a call that the tires were available and in about thirty minutes all was done. Go free rotation in 6K scheduled too. Fast, simple and courteous!

I went to them looking for a tire that needed to be special ordered and got a call only 2 days later. Their attitude is great, very friendly and in sync. They worked as a team to have my tires mounted in about 25 mins. Very pleased!

One star. Because zero isnt an option. My boyfriend called for pricing asking in Spanish. Then when a white girl showed up the price went up. A LOT. Huh. Thank you for trying to charge me based on my appearance.
